This was my first experience with Vito Services. I had our annual check for the heating system done. The technician Danny exceeded my expectations. He showed up on time and after sending me a text. He was friendly but no nonsense. He focused on the work, was diligent and respectful, and communicated well about he was doing and the results of his inspection, which included the main heater and all of the radiators throughout the house. The price I was charged was the same as the price I had been quoted without any pressure to buy services that I didn't want or need. He cleaned up after himself too. All in, an excellent service and great value for the money. I will definitely use Vito Services again.

We had had some bad experiences with plumbers and started using Vito Services just over 2 years ago and they have done a great job on every visit. Two days ago in the evening I found our water heater was leaking water onto the floor. I called Vito thinking I would leave a message only to find that they had a person answering their phone during the evening. I was able to book an appointment for the next day and Bobby Isaacs came out. He did his best to stop the leak but showed me how his inspection had identifed a crack in the water heater and it would need to be replaced. He came out the next day with another plumber - Andres - and replaced the water heater. Bobby did a great job of expaining everything that was needed and then they did a great job of getting the work done. For me Vito Services and their plumbers like Bobby Isaacs are exceptionally good.

Great service! Danny came over today after I reported one of our A/C systems stopped working last night. He performed a thorough review, diagnosed and solved the issue (drain overflow float switch), and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Awesome!

This made my decision so much easier. The work product under the sink is excellent and the sink’s drain system works as if it is brand new.

We had an issue with our A/C unit, and they came out immediately to inspect it. Unfortunately, the unit needed to be replaced, but the entire installation was completed within just two days. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the process. Excellent service from start to finish—5/5 stars!

Bertrand installed a condensate pump. He was knowledgeable and carefully explain the work to be done and how the pump would operate. I would use Bertrand and Vito again some I’m satisfied with their responsiveness and services.

I have used VITO Services for years in both my home and rental property. In less than a day 3 amazing technicians replaced our AC, heating and hot water heater. It's working wonderfully and the 3 techs who did the work, efficient, friendly and cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they were there.

The plumber, Mizell Scott, was very professional. He found the issue to be a surprise source and is working with the manufacturer to provide a warranty replacement part. I love to follow along as the technician works to learn about my home's systems, and he was very patient and even explained several things to me.

Maintenance was performed in prompt professional manner. Technician explained what he did as well as the results and what they mean. I am very satisfied with Vito’s maintenance services and will continue to utilize their services.

Danny Villalobos was the technician that came on 7/6 to investigate our thermostat and AC problem. After investigating he was very honest that while he could give us a quote to fix the AC his recommendation was replacing it since it was over 20 years old. He also recommended replacing our 30+ old furnace and 20 year old water heater so everything could be installed at the same time and would be current code. We had been contemplating replacing the equipment anyway so we decided to do it. He arranged for someone to come out the same day to look at proposals. We are happy with Danny’s knowledge and professionalism and would recommend him to anyone. 5-Stars!! Vito came out on 7/8 to install and we could not be happier.

Vito is very professional courteous technician. He made diagnostics today. He is working out a solution, thai (if it is proven to be doable) will save me a lot of money compared to the estimate of another company.

Johnnie Minor and Malcom worked well together as a team and were very efficient and knowledgeable. They replaced our entire HVAC system by mid afternoon. I was very pleased to have these technicians.

A/C went out and they were able to diagnose and install a new system within several days of my call during a hot summer week. Everyone from the Sales Specialist to the Techs were friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Over the years, Vito has replaced my old lead service lines, replaced all the hot & cold service lines (1926 vintage stuff had to go, but my copper in place from a remodel was fine...) so, who would I look to for installation and maintenance of my Navien Combi hot water and hot water heat system?
After 3 years of flawless performance there was a leak in a warranty-covered part. Andrew was quick to diagnose it, Navien shipped the part, Andrew installed it and, voila, back in service! 😁

Danny was great. Our AC broke just as the heatwave hit and he came out and explained the problem, made the repair and voila AC!

Mizell. He did a fantastic job and reviewing my issue solved one problem with a little leak. We discovered another leak underneath the floor joist above the kitchen Stove I’ll be calling them back soon to fix that leak once I remove the microwave and Cabinetry.

We called for general service because we got an E30 wiring report on our Nest. Daniel came but couldn't understand why we got the error message as it didn't make sense. He tested both the AC and the heating systems, and both were working well. We purchased a service contract for future maintenance and asked him to have someone come and give us an estimate on a new HVAC system as ours is ancient. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him all the time. 5 Stars!!

Danny Villalobos and his teammate Andrew provided friendly, competent service repairing and reattaching the copper line to, installing new valves on, and cleaning our AC compressor, as well as recharging our system. They were very good about showing and explaining what they had done, and what we might do to keep the compressor clean going forward. I would recommend them highly, and hope we get them again the next time we need HVAC maintenance.

Bertrand was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything well and showed pictures of the work he did. He also advised on the required filters for my system. I rate his work as excellent, and tres bien.

As always, Vito takes great care of us! HVAC needed help, Vito able to come within 48 hours. Denzel provided excellent service and had our AC up and running within a few hours.

Daniel White of Vito Services responded to emergency maintenance request on my hvac. He explained the possible causes for the blank thermostat screen. He made the repair and checked the operation of hvac.

I am a long-time customer of VITO Services. Today, my HVAC cooling system maintenance was performed by Bertrand (technician). He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection of the cooling system and equipment. He advised me on a couple of maintenance concerns, including how important it is to clean the AC coils. I opted to have the (much-needed) coil-cleaning service performed, and after seeing and hearing the before-and-after results, it was well worth it. A new air conditioner system was installed. Also, new coil in furnace was installed to match new air conditioner system. The installers were excellent overall. They were very professional, knowledgeable, kept customer informed of their progress and thoroughly cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Brandon did an excellent job of evaluating my late model furnace. Although old, it met all specs and he recommend we keep an eye on it, but no reason to replace.
