I needed my new mini-split system repaired. Mr. Kenneth Young was my technician. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the issues related to my service call. I really appreciated how he informed me of the problem and explained how he intended to resolve it. He explained many technical terms in a manner that I understood. I'm grateful for his work, and would highly recommend him!
