NO HEAT CALL This is a tenant owner situation. The tenant advised me that two vents weren't supplying heat. Both of the vents she pointed out were return vents not supply vents. I checked unit and it was running. I put my thermometer at the vent and got a reading of 120. I found the 16254 filter clogged. That also plays a big part in air flow. The filter will need to be replaced. Owner was not available. The office will need to contact landlord to collect payment of $120.00 Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES.
