Arrived onsite, customer has basement kitchen sink drain that is backing up with water. Flipped switch for disposal and it did not work. Looked at breaker panel to see if breaker for disposal is tripped and it was not. Hit reset button underneath disposal unit and it made low humming noise. Informed customer that the unit could be potentially jammed and/or the kitchen sink drain line is clogged and would need to be snaked. Also advised customer that if unjamming it does not work, then a new unit would need to be installed. If it is still clogged then the kitchen sink drain line would need to be snaked. Quoted customer 2 options but she is dissatisfied with the cost. Customer said I did not "look" and anything which is untrue. I diagnosed the issue but cannot perform any work until customer accepts price. Collected $48 dispatch fee.
Arrived onsite, cut out existing length of copper pipe. Installed approximately 15 feet of 1/2" PEX pipe, and used 2-hole straps every 2 feet to secure it to the outside brick wall. Asked customer where she wanted hose spigot. Used ceiling plate, threaded rod and split ring hanger to secure new Woodford model 19 frost free hose bibb to customer's height preference. Connected PEX to new hose bibb. Turned water on at indoor isolation valve and checked for leaks. Opened hose bibb and checked for proper operation. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.

AC CHECK ON ONE UNIT. The client advised me she noticed lots and lots of water coming from underneath the furnace. I called for ac and took temperatures got about 15 minutes and only got a 9 degree split. Filter was dirty. Evaporator coil has no access. Furnace is In very bad shape with rust inside of it due to leaking inside furnace. More then likely the condensate pan is clogged up and overflowing. There is no way for me to get to leak unless taking apart full evap coil and cutting into sheet metal which will run up to $1500-$2000 just on the leak repair. However I continued to inspect outdoor unit and noticed outdoor unit not performing either. Parts are non reliable. Subcooling is off. At this time I could not complete the maintenance because the system is not performing. Although the unit is older, age does not matter what matter is how it performs and right now this older unit is not Performing and I recommend replacing the entire full system. I spoke to client and she is not

Blower amps within spec. I checked evap coil and UV light okay. I flushed condensate pan and trap that goes down to condensate pump with approximately 1 gallon of water and added condensate tablets to ensure proper drainage. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safety’s functioning properly. I took temperatures and found temperature split a little low. I proceeded to check the outdoor condenser coil and found dirty which is causing funny temp split. I checked outdoor temperature, discharge temp, suction line temperature and liquid line temperature and found okay. I checked pressures and pressures looked high but because condenser coil is dirty. I Checked both components outside. The 45/5 mfd capacitor is in bad shape and has lost tolerance. The 30 amp single pole contacto

Excellent service
Appreciated concern about our floors and the explanations following the maintenance visit.
Excellent service
Kevin was thorough and very helpful. My only negative comment has to do with Vito's price for cleaning the outside compressor, which was $390. I checked the cost of the cleaning spray, and I would guess it's less than $25, which means I paid over $350 for at most one hour of Kevin's time to do the cleaning. Seems excessive to me.
Responded quickly to our concerns, came on time and made an expeditious evaluation. Professional. A pleasure to work with no matter the problem
Aaron did a good job. Knowledgeable and helpful.
Jason was fantastic!!!
Brandon did an excellent job at flushing out the sediment from my 13 year old hot water heater. This particular job was more complex than in previous years as the sediment did not come out as expected. Brandon identified the problem(s) and checked with his manager to confirm the best course of next action steps. The job was accomplished with outstanding results and I am pleased with Vito Services and its staff.
Andrew showed on time and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and telling us what needed to be done.
Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. It was a pleasure working with him.

Paul did a GREAT JOB!
PARRIS is fabulous! Always a pleasure to have him doing the work.
Super!
Danny was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He took care of everything and gave me useful information about the annual VIP program that I signed up for. Would like a shorter time window for service rather than 8:00 to 5:00.
The service person was very nice, but unfortunately, after paying $600 (and that was with discounts!) my toilets are still running. At least he unstopped the drain. Good service companies are so hard to find these days. Everyone is out to make a buck. So disheartening.
Great Service
Danny was very helpful finding out what's wrong with our HVAC. Technically savvy, his process was thoughtful and well controlled.
As usual I received excellent service and the technician was knowledgeable and professional and very personable. I am so pleased with this company! Would never use anyone ejse!
Danny was very helpful and professional. Very good service.
Conner quickly assessed work needed & efficiently swapped out disposal. It was however almost 3 hours from notification call (technician was 20 minutes away); that he arrived Found service very pricey
Knowledgable, Experienced-- Excellent service
Danny spent a lot of time troubleshooting a misbehaving thermostat. He was very clear about repairs that might be made and very focused on a furnace in a tight spot. And he is very friendly.
Aaron knows the HVAC systems very well, explains everything that refers to maintenance and repairs clearly, and fixes a problem if there’s one. Great job !
