arrived on site for a customer who has a leak under there sink customer showed me area of concern and looked under sink and notice leaking supply line brought to customer attention and gave investment options but today they just wanted to replace the bad supply line started by shutting water off to supply line and disconnected and drained in bucket then with bassinet wrench took off top supply line the connected new supply line and tighten in place and turned water back on and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note: work warranty for 30 days recommendation: customer supplied faucet 601
arrived onsite, kitchen sink backing up. traced line down to unfinished basement and identified which pipe serves the kitchen sink. ran faucet in basement (which is tied into k/s drain pipe) which drained properly and concluded that the clog was above that point. cut out drywall underneath sink to view copper drain pipe running to basement bathroom below. disconnected existing trap and cut copper pipe with sawzall. saw no issues in trap. set up drop cloth and snaked approximately 30 feet with K-50. made sure snaking cables were in 2" vertical copper stack below. cables were past the point where basement bathroom sink ties in. pulled back snaking cables and reconnected drain with fernco. ran k/s while cleaning up to check for proper drainage. cleaned up work area.
Customer notified us that they would like to install a utility sink in the laundry room. Once on site I advised the customers that were waiting on parts and materials to arrive on site. The sink and Faucet arrived but materials were not on site . While waiting on materials to arrive we started to assemble the sink by setting up the legs and tighting the faucet down onto the sink. Once the sink was set up we were still waiting on the material to arrive on job site. Once material arrived, we started to drain down water in the home and started to cut the existing line. As we were sourcing through the Materials we didn't have all the material we needed to make the drain connections and always to supply water to sink itself. Went out to the supple house to pick all materials I needed to complete the job. Returned, back to job site and assembled drain and supply lines for the sink. Tested for proper drainage and leaks. No leaks occurred. Cleaned work area, pack up equipment and left job

08/14/2024 Arrived on site and met one of the maintenance men near the art exhibit he took us downstairs to meet the main engineer he took us to one of the conference rooms where he told us he wanted a clean out installed in the 4 inch storm drain. we took out the access panel and saw the pipe and explained that the wall needed to be cut open above it to make sure it was secure. the maintenance man told he would cut open the wall and that since there were meetings going on around us we should just come back at 6am tomorrow to do it while nobody is there. we agreed and left to pick up parts and will be back early tomorrow. Thank you for choosing Vito 08/15/2024 Arrived on site and called head engineer he took us to the security room to check us in at the security room. we went to the conference room to start the work and began by cutting the 4 inch cast iron in 2 separate places to make sure we had enough space to fit the clean out. after we cut the section of pipe out we cleaned it

07/30/2024 Examined area of concern by customer. Customer has had area framed for shower in basement and would like options for building a pump into area and below ground is ideal option. Made customer aware I disagree with the pump being underground due to service reasons and possible pump malfunctions cannot be addressed without demolition of shower. Recommended jackhammering concrete flooring and tying into branchline underground, prior to line running outside and tapping into main sewage line exiting property. Branchlines do not connect to main underground inside home area. To perform recommended method, cast iron floor drain will require rebuilding also. Kitchenette area will be removed by customer handyman prior to Vito work beginning. After work is complete, customer has a pedestal sink she would like to have installed in area instead of kitchenette. Documented all areas for Comfort Advisor preview. Made customer aware I will have to involve Comfort Advisor to propose this proje
07/03/2024 Arrived to a Non AC call. Outdoor unit would cut on but blower motor would not come on. When I took door off to inspect and found variable speed motor to be ok. Placed door back on and everything came on ok. Cycled system a few times and tested refrigerant charge and overall operations and ok for now. May be an intermittent issue with motor but appears to be ok for now. We were here a week ago and did a few repairs and system ok for now.
Today, I arrived on site to address the customer's no AC issue. Here's what I found and the recommended repairs, replacements, and additional service: Repairs: Replaced the 30 amp fuse that had popped. Replaced the low capacitor (45/5). Cleaned the dirty outdoor unit coil. Replacements: Recommended replacing the contactor due to burn marks and two sets of power wires. However, since the system is 15 years old and in the replacement range, we decided to skip replacing the contactor for now. Additional Service: Recommended installing a whip to hold proper voltage and ensure safety. System Performance: The system is currently cooling with a 16 split. The pressures are good, but the high humidity in the home may be affecting the performance. Next Steps: We will set up a Vito VIP maintenance agreement to regularly check on the system. This will allow us to better assess the next move and plan for any necessary repairs or replacements in the future.
