System is a 2015 90% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower is dirty and needs to be cleaned. System does not have a UV light or humidifier. Changed air filter. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. arrived onsite to look at the PRV for the building as the water pressure was too high for one of the rooms, water pressure was about 110 psi, tested the PRV and eventually brought it down to 80 PSI as requested, showed the GC, cleaned up work area and left
arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested house pressure and house pressure is at 65psi as of today inspection found 1 issues the main shut off vlave is a cpvc shut off with no drain tried turning off but vlave was hard to turn showed customer vlave then found no other issues in the plumbing system gave customer investment option to replace vlave for a new ball valve style and as of today customer said she will have time to think about it and also to sign up for the plan soon wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito.
eturn to call to install new evaporator coil for mini split system. Disassembled head of mini split and removed old evap coil and replaced with new one. During replacement found one of the line needs to be brazed in. Put system back together with new evap coil. Need to return to finish line set and charge system. Returned to finish install of evaporator coil on mini split. First pro pressed line site to seal. After sealing system pumped up with nitrogen with nitrogen to test for leaks. Found no leaks at this time. Charged system up and cycled system at this time system is operational. Also looked at system in living room found system was not getting power. Found break popped in electrical panel flipped break and system is working at this time.

Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Checked basement system next. System is a 1993 80% Furnace/ 2022 AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower is dirty. System does have a UV light and humidifier. Customer changed air filter. Performed combustion analyzer test and found system is close to unsafe levels of C02. Indicating system is on the end of its life. System should be changed because of the age and condition of system. Customer will think about replacement next season. arrived onsite, performed plumbing inspection and flushed water heater for approximately 30 minutes. found one issue with powder room toilet - customer notices water seeping through floor close to toilet. possibility of deteriorated wax ring seal. gave customer summary of findings form with quote for new toilet seal. cleaned up work area by water heater after flush.
Mini Split Not Working: need to return next week to complete nitrogen pressure test. on minisplit. could not collect please reach out to customer for diagnostic fee
Performed leak search on mini split system going to master bedroom and outside system. During leak test found leak is coming from head inside of master bedroom. System is under parts warranty labor is not covered. Will order evaporator coil and when it comes in will come back out to install. Labor Currently is $1500 for everything.
I inspected gas furnace in outside closet. inducer motor pulling .48 amps and blower amps 2.89. I cleaned flame sensor. I checked all wire connections and tightened. I checked all safeties as well as gas pressure 3.4 inches w/c. return is 75 supply is 131. stack temp is 309, oxygen is 8 %. co 61 ppm. system is heating properly at this time thank you for choosing vito services.
FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT. CLIENT HAS SOLD THE HOUSE. I did a full run down on the whole split system. Filters were cleaned before arriving. Steam humidifier canister also changed before today's arrival. I checked amps on Ecm motor and inducer motor found okay. ECM motor is recommended to have a surge protector on it due to it being exposed to any high voltage power surges. I checked Heat pump wiring and connections all limits and saftys found okay. I checked em heat furnace and found all wiring and saftys okay. The ignitor is okay but the flame sensor does have major wear and tear on it. The client advised me that the house has been sold. The system is running and heating as of now. Recommendations: Add Ecm surge protector $264 Replace flame sensor $379.00 Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES.

Found system in good condition no issues at this time. Humidifier pad does need to be changed. Customer agreed to change pad today. Changed humidifier pad and collected check with full balance. No Heat Call: found a unit from 2022 low on 410 causing system to go off on low pressure. we need to return to complete a leak check. standing pressures are 110 on low and 200 on high side. system runs for 4 seconds low side pressure drops to 70 and high side increases to 380 and system cuts off. txv needs to be replaced.

Warranty for this system ends 2026 and labor is not covered. Found blower should be cleaned as well. Found no other issues with system at this time. Checked basement system 2006 Furnace and 2016 AC. Found system is operating normally checked all components and found no issues at this time. performed combustion analyzer test and found system in good standing. Did not see any cracks on heat exchanger but there are stress marks. Informed customer of findings and recommended replacing system because of age and condition of system. Customer needs new filter and humidifier pad. Customer wants to change them on his own. at this time system is operational.
