Called a few places before Vito’s and just didn’t love the person on the other end of the phone. Called Vito’s and was appreciative of their support and dialog. Technician matched the customer service experience on the phone. I liked that I received a skilled plumber and not some random person who has a motorized snake. Liked the feedback, assessment options, and very polite approach. $600 for a snake is a little steep, but the technician and education is worth that, if I never have to call again.

08/16/2024 Examined area of concern by customer. Kitchen sink is clogged and has been clogging periodically. Gave customer investment option for required process to restore flow in area. Ran drain cables through drainline for approximately 25ft to restore flow in area. Went downstairs and viewed cables through cleanout. There is a section of galvanized piping drainline behind ductwork that I believe is where clogs getting stuck. Spoke to customer regarding options. Pulled cables back to reveal nothing on cables. Customer states it was broccoli that went down drain and I smelled broccoli. Reassembled area and began running water through drainline to test for flow restoration. Flow is fully restored in area at this time. Cleaned disposal at no cost to customer. Thank you for choosing Vito!
