Install Customer-Suplied Garbage Disposal: Customer has purchased new disposal unit and would like to have it installed today. Inspected area and gave customer investment option for required process to perform installation. Customer agreed. Began removing existing disposal unit and had much difficulty removing dishwasher discharge line from existing disposal unit. Eventually removed rubber hose and disconnected electrical supply. Customer made me aware prior to beginning that sparks shot out bottom of existing disposal recently. While disconnecting, noticed the charred wiring and cut wiring back until I reached solid shiny wiring. Tied in electrical supply and secured. Modified drainage. Mounted disposal unit undersink and secured fully. Secured dishwasher discharge line to disposal unit and secured drainage undersink. Began running water to test flow. Drainage is good with no leaks present on any connection points. Engaged electrical supply and disposal unit is fully operational at th
Leak Under Kitchen Sink: Customer states something is leaking below kitchen sink. Customer took me to basement and showed me 2 small spots on ceiling. Returned to kitchen and inspected undersink. Exercised both stops undersink and neither is leaking. Eventually viewed leak producing from supply hose to faucet. Line is integrated to faucet. Customer is going to contact Delta for rectification and contact us for installation. Thank you for choosing Vito!
08/02/2024 Examined area of concern by customer. Customer is still experiencing high water bills at property. New toilet recently installed in March solved toilet issues. WSSC has put new meter in and bill has increased more. Advised customer on brand of toilet to replace with and same model was recently installed in March. Customer will acquire toilet and contact us for installation. Thank you for choosing Vito!
