AC Spring Check: I arrived at my customer home on 05/28/24 for a one system Ac maintenance outdoor temperature is 77 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65/78 degrees in the home customer adjusted the thermostat five degrees below the room temperature in AC mode for me customer provided all air filters I flush the indoor drain pipe check all amps and components indoor and outdoor= 115v furnace power input drawing 6.8 amps, indoor blower fan motor drawing 6.6 amps, indoor 24v control wires good, indoor control board good, return temperature above the filter is 75.5 degrees, supply temperature above the coil is 60.4 degrees, air filters clean, out contactor burn Pitt I recommend a replacement, 50+5 uf reading 50+3 uf, outdoor fan motor drawing 0.7 amps, compressor drawing 7.0 amps, 240v outdoor unit power input drawing 10.7 amps, outdoor coil clean, ac system working not cooling properly I recommend a replacement of the 2002 R22 Ac/coil.

Responded to a clogged toilet in Damascus, Maryland. I augered the basement toilet and then went down after it was augered twice and plunged as it is now clear and there are no more failures. Thank you for choosing Vito Services!
