New AC Installation 07/12/2024 recovered old refrigerant and removed all the old equipment and set and installed all new equipment and tied everything back in from duct work to lineset and wiring and drains also installed new filter grille and fired up equipment and checked for proper operation
Responded to kitchen sink backup on 07/11/2024. Both basins affected, including dishwasher drain. Traced kitchen sink drain line to main stack in basement. Disconnected left basin trap, which was higher than right. Used K-50 snake, extending 45 feet to main stack. Ran faucet while retracting cable to clear blockage. Reconnected drain, checked for leaks. Tested drainage by filling sink and releasing stopper. Verified proper flow. Cleaned work area and removed debris. Completed service call, ready for office billing.
New AC Install 07/01/2024 recovered refrigerant from old system and removed all old ac coil and condenser. set and installed new ac coil and condenser and also ran new lineset and tied all electrical back in and charged system and ran equipment and checked for proper operation
Plumbing Call to Replace Shower Valve: installed new Moen cartridge in hall shower
Industrial Plumbing Call, Back Flow Prevention Testing: We tested two backflow preventers and they both passed. One backflow is for the leasing office domestic and the other is for the pool
