Pipe Leaking Into Storage Room: Arrived at location, Customer advised there was leaking coming from storm drain flange. We went into the roof and noticed some holes on the roof. We proceeded to plug the storm drain and run some water over it. Water started to leak through flashing while it was plugged. Started leaking instantly while plugged up. Also noticed uneven flashing before testing. Storm Drain flange looks new maybe less then a year installed. After testing, We put water through the drain to test fernco and no leaks occured from the fernco or flange. Noticed they put sheet metal in between the storm drain and roof, while testing, splashing water around storm drain we noticed going around through the sheet metal seeping from the roof. Cleaned up our area and left. A condensation line is draining into the storm drain on the roof. Water is seeping out quick.
Performed maintenance on 2021 furnace. During maintenance found all components are in working order. Confirmed function of humidifier. Changed water panel and air filter for customer. found blower is very dirty and needs to be clean. customer is doing a wood project inside the home. advise to have blower cleaned after project is finished to restore blower cleanliness. customer will call in when ready to do cleaning. At this time system is fully operational. Blower cleaning $499
