FALL HVAC MAINTENANCE CHECK checked washable filter, checked indoor blower motor and wheel, cleaned and burners and heat exchanger, cleaned and checked flame sensor, checked inducer draft motor and flue pipe, checked all safeties and limits, checked temperature rise 40-70 25-55 return air temperature 71 supply air temperature 129} LENNOX MODEL NUMBER SL28OUH070V364-01 SERIAL NUMBER 5910E10197
AC MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT. I pulled and checked the washable filter and hosed it down. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. I checked the blower amps and found within specs. I checked the evaporator coil and found okay. I checked Condensate line and flushed with a gallon of water. The condensate pump Is not pushing the water as it needs to. it should take 10-15 seconds to pump out its taking about a minute. This is a sign of possible failure and can cause an over flow of back up. I did add condensate tablets to try and help it clean a little. I would recommend replacing condensate pump soon for a preventable cause. I checked return air temperature 73 and a supply air temperature of 54 I checked all limits and all safetys. I checked outdoor condenser coil and found a bit dirty. These coils should be getting cleaned at least once a year due to the dirt, the debris on the ground. Once clogged it just causes stress on compressor
