Plumbing Quote Pressure Reducing Valve 07/15/2024 arrived on site for a customer who needs a prv office said to wave dispatch fee customer showed me area of concern and said when they run the toilet the pipes tarts to bang connected press gauge and tested house pressure and house pressure is at 100psi which is really high anything above 70 is high water pressure customer was trying to get qoutes left customer with investment options on a new prv and said they will get back to us once they made there there choice thank you for choosing Vito.

AC Not Cooling: 07/10/2024 AIR CONDITIONING NOT KEEPING UP said it was 79 yesterday and wouldn't come down, check filter found clogged and restricted this type of filter needs replacing every 2 weeks to 1 month, checked temperature split 76 return air temperature, 56 supply air temperature

New AC Installation: 07/09/2024 recoved refrigerant and removed all old equipment and lineset and set and installed new lineset with all new indoor and outdoor equipment and tied everything back in from gas lines, drains, electrical, and new lineset and duct work and fired up and all equipment and checked for proper operation and charged unit

Local Plumber Call Leak Search: upon arrival of home I noticed a leak coming from the upstairs bathtub into first floor powder room. after further observation I noticed that thr trickle was coming from the waste and overflow gasket. I removed the water and over flow and applied sealant . I then reinstalled waste and overflow cover and applied more sealant around cover. customer has a shower on other side of the wall so there is no access to over flow. if issue persists will need to have tile removed and replace overflow gasket. or will need to replace entire waste and overflow but will have to get special waste and overflow kit. customer will call us if issue persists. price to replace overflow from down stairs will be estimated around $1150. price may change due to overflow being a specialty item.

NO AC HVAC Unit Does Not Come On: 06/28/2024 I arrived at my customer home for the indoor system working and the outdoor not working I did a system check on the outdoor unit and find one bad dual capacitor customer will like to replace dual capacitor I removed and replaced one dual capacitor ac system working at this time.

Plumbing Call New Faucet Installation 06/20/2024 installed utility faucet with new valves. installed disposal . checked all connections for leaks and found no failures. customer presented $90 off coupon.

Plumbing Call to Replace Shut Off Valve on Utility Sink 06/19/2024 upon arrival of home I noticed that the disposal in the kitchen was bad. the customer has two stops underneath laundry tub that dont work. customer also wants deck mounted faucet replaced as well. will need to return tomorrow am to replace all parts . will need to retrieve gooseneck faucet and return.

Plumbing Call Wet Spot on Ceiling 06/18/2024 arrived on site for a customer has a leak in the celling customer showed me area of concern gave customer leak search option but customer said it will monitor it to make sure nothing leaking customer already cut open the dry wall for me but found nothing leaking while on site customer asked for I can leave a qoute for a new water heater and gave him a qoute for a new heater thank you for choosing Vito.

Plumber Call Backed Up Toilet 06/18/2024 arrived on site for a customer who has water backing up into there bathroom customer showed me area of concern and said in the basement there son was taking a shower and they notice in the Landry tub water started to back up and overflow told customer they have a mainline blockage gave customer a qoute to snake line and customer agreed set snake up and removed clean out cap and starter snaking went 3 cables(45ft) in and felt cable getting stuck pulled back and had wipes on the head went back in another 3 times then ran cable more that's when water in Landry tub cleared went a extra cable so went a total of 4 cables(60ft) and pulled cable back on the head had a good chuck of roots told customer that line has to be camera to see whats causing the root intrusion as of ticket completion no back ups occurred cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

AC Maintenance 06142024 arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested house pressure and house pressure is at 85psi which is high looked at sump pump and notice it it's under water float was lifted up but sump pump wasn't kicking on sump pump is original to the house inspected the rest of the house and as of today inspection found no plumbing issues went back down stairs let heater flush for awhile longer then wrapped up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

AC Maintenance 06/14/2024 Goodman I checked the filter was clear .I check indoor blower I check the indoor wheel compartment for any construction found none. I checked the blower capacitor it doesn't have any problem and still good. I checked the EVAP coil it looks clean. I checked the condensing line the water is flowing fine in the pipe. I just checked all wirings and connections found okay. I checked my delta TI got to return air temperature of 72" in supply air temperature of 55. and then I went to the outdoor condenser unit was okay.

06/10/2024 AC MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT. I knocked the door and rang door bell, I called the two numbers on file and got no response. office will need to contact client to reschedule visit.

I gave customer a few options for toilet repair and replacement and the customer decided to have the toilet replaced and a new toilet installed. With the customer's consent I removed the old leaking toilet and replaced with a new Toto Drake toilet; I checked all connections for leaks and found no further failures.
