arrived onsite, took measurements and cut open wall & ceiling to reveal existing piping and isolation valve feeding outdoor hose bibb. opened access panel for water main and cut off main water valve. opened faucets to drain water from pipes. cut copper pipe and pulled existing hose bibb out from outside. pre-fabricated new hose bibb and sweat new piece of copper pipe onto sillcock fitting. inserted new hose bibb assembly into wall from outside. used 2 wood screws to secure it. cut out existing indoor isolation valve. reconnected existing copper pipe to new hose bibb assembly with pro press. turned water back on at main valve and screwed access panel back in place. checked for leaks on new water line and went outside to check for proper operation of hose bibb. cleaned up and removed all job related debris. Material used: 1 1/2" brass sweat x sweat quarter-turn sillcock valve w/ flange
arrived onsite, performed plumbing inspection - customer wanted me to look at outdoor hose bibb that he wants replaced. there is no open access indoors for the water line feeding the spigot. quoted customer for hose bibb replacement and indoor water line repipe in a concealed location. customer paid half today and will call back to schedule a time which is convenient for them for me to come back and do job. also will need additional man to help me find the line feeding the spigot and for drilling through wall to fit new hose bibb.
System is a 2021 80% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower clean along with evaporator coil. System does not have a UV light or humidifier. Air filter is good. Heat exchanger has normal wear and tear. Final cycled system at this time system is operational.

Tested starting components (contactor & capacitor) and checked for any loose connections. _Cycled defrost successfully_. Final cycled system at this time system is operational.
upon arrival of home I performed a full plumbing inspection checked a drains and toilets checked all faucets and valves checked the water levels. chlorine and pH are both ideal. checked 50 gallon gas heater. heater is ten years old. this around the time that we recommend replacing. customer has a shower in master both that has lower pressure than normal on both and cold side. recommend removing flow restrictor from shower or flushing cartridge .
