HVAC Call Puddle Under Air Conditioner Unit 06/20/2024 I arrived at my customer home for a water leak I did a system check and find the indoor coil drain pan broken and water running down into the furnace I recommend a replacement of the AC/ coil and possibly furnace.

New Water Heater Installation 06/19/2024 arrived onsite, located existing water heater in utility closet next to powder room bathroom. turned off power to existing WH at breaker panel. used electrical tester to make sure no power was going to unit. utility closet door needed to be removed in order to move unit in and out. set closet door in living room for time being. turned off WH cold valve and opened hot side faucets to drain down water lines. connected transfer pump to WH drain and set garden hose in nearby condensate drain in floor pumped out water from tank. disconnected existing electrical. cut existing hot & cold lines going to unit. removed WH from utility room and set at curb to be hauled away. used wet vac to remove water from floor before putting in new unit. set new water heater in place. connected existing hot line to WH outlet with coupling. used strap kit to hang new expansion tank. pumped up exp tank to approximately 60 psi. installed tee on existing cold line and ran

Upon inspection, I identified that the leak was not from the AC unit but from the water heater. The issue was traced to a faulty pressure relief valve. I replaced the valve and checked for any additional leaks. After the repair, I tested the water heater to ensure proper operation and no further leakage. The water heater is now functioning correctly, and the area is dry and secure.

NO AC 06/07/2024 check for no cooling accessed unit in attic and thermostat found no low voltage (24v) to thermostat checked control board checked all safeties wet switch in safety pan good found EZ trap float switch open do to entire drain line full of water from basement to the attic cut drain line in attic to drain water into bucket brought nitrogen tank to attic to clear drain line opened valve on tank to 200psi checked drain still not cleared brought nitrogen tank to basement to access drain line in mechanical room to clear from opposite direction cut drain line to clear from below opened valve to 300psi and cleared drain line reconnected drain line in attic and in basement tested drainage, drain line is cleared of sludge and blockage after repairs checked system operation and drainage all checks good

Call for Leaking Shower: Examined area of concern by customer. Master bedroom bathroom shower is dripping constantly. Documented. Made customer aware her system requires a new Moen Posi-temp cartridge to to bring back to efficient level. Customer agreed. Went to truck to acquire materials and returned inside. Shutdown water system to home and drained top floor to enable repair. Removed existing cartridge and installed new Moen 1222 Posi-temp cartridge per manufacturer specifications. Secured into system with new clip and went to basement to repressure water system to home and bleed air from piping. Returned to shower area and shutdown faucets in immediate area. Ensured temperatures were aligned properly and reassembled outer trim to fixture. Tested for proper functionality and there are no further drips from showerhead.
