For this job I did a spring maintenance on a carrier infinity AC Indoor carrier 90% furnace coil it has no leakage or corrosion Blower wheel is communicating with board. Blower amps .76. Although I noticed air duct needs a cleaning I saw dust cultivating within air duct and can possibly effect blower wheel if dust start to cultivate more. Condensating tube is draining with no problems. I got a temp difference of 18. Out unit carrier infinity I noticed coils are clogged and in need of a coil lvl 2 cleaning ASAP. Inverter board is functioning and communicating with system I got a fan amps of .53 and a compressor amps of 5.4 All wires are intact with no ware or tare found. Refrigerant Pressure is stabled. At this time I recommend a duct cleaning and condenser coil clean to enhance air quality in the home.

arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested house pressure and house pressure is at 65psi then walked around property and as of today found no issues but when testing water quality pH levels are at a 7.8 and chlorine levels are at 3.0 when brought to customer attention they mentioned that they do notice the chlorine cause they can taste it when they drink the water mentioned to customer what can bad water quality can do to there equipment, fixtures,and body recommend a whole house filter and customer said they will have time to think about it went back to basement and wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito. recommendation: h20 ultimate 5910/119.18per month
FALL MAINTENANCE ON TWO 2019 LENNOX GAS FURNACE. #1 Basement Main lvl 90% Gas furnace I checked the filter and found okay for now. I checked the ecm indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none I did notice that the blower motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges by not containing a surge protector on it. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked inducer motor and found within specs. I checked the flame sensor and cleaned it off today. I checked the Ignitor and found wear and tear on it making the part no longer reliable. I checked all limits and safety and all wirings and connections found okay. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the temperature rise and I got a return air temperature of 72 and a supply air temperature of 123. As of now the unit is running and heating. Recommendations for unit#1: Replace Ignitor $543.00 Add
I serviced 2 yr old gas furnace. I cleaned flame sensor. checked ignitor receiving 51 ohms. I also took amps on blower and inducer motor. I tested al safeties and tighten all electrical connections. return temp is 73. supply temp is 136. filter is clean as well as 35 pad. water line is in open positions and I tested humidifier operation. I also completed combustion analysis stack temp 268, oxygen 10%, co 31 ppm. I checked heat pump 35/5 reading 34/5. 410 pressures good. coils are clean air scrubbers are out on both systems. heater kit amps 20.36. return 71 supply 122.
