- Maintain an “A” grade based on reviews collected through independent research.
- Carry general liability insurance as well as any other types of insurance required by the state.
- Hold proper trade licenses.
- Sign the Best Pick Company Pledge.
- Requalify each year.

How Does It Work?
Each year, the research team at Best Pick distributes surveys for customers to complete and send back. Using customers’ responses, Best Pick grades each company and acknowledges those with an “A” rating. To ensure each rating is determined fairly and accurately, Best Pick examines a number of factors such as survey sample size, standard error and more.
But it takes more than just positive feedback to qualify. Each Best Pick company also must carry any insurance and licenses that are required by the company’s home state. This ensures that each “A” grade company is fully qualified—not only in terms of its customer service, but also in terms of legalities.
