Job Description: toilet in womens bathroom not flushing on the 1st floor. please knock on door before entering - Arrived at location for first floor women toilet not flushing, went to check it out and seen that it wouldn't flush, indecates the Diaphrams is no good. This is a Kohler 1.6 gpf and we used a 1.6 gpf to help it work. Once we took the one off we have seen it have broken into two. Took the old one out and replaced with new one. Checked for leaks no leaks occured toilet is working fine.

Ac leaking in the attic. Found clogged 20x20x1 filter , found clogged evap coil and found clogged condensate drain line. I cut pvc to get access. I flushed line with nitrogen. Made the repair tested drain line with at least 5 gallons of water to ensure proper drainage. I vacuum all standing water. I cleaned the evap coil and added condensate tablets. Lastly the client provided new filters and I replaced it for her. She now knows where it goes. Overall the unit is running and cooling just not as efficient as it once was. The unit is reaching its life expectancy and I recommend in the near future to replace full system. Everything was running and functioning before I left and no more leakage. The client approved all the work for option #2. And I also signed her up for VITO VIP annual maintenance contract for both of her units. Thank you for choosing Vito services.

Arrived in site and met customer at her apartment door she let me in and showed to her toilet which was clogged. Hit it 4 times with my plunger and it went down. Flushed multiple times to make sure it was alright and showed the customer what happened. Thank you for choosing Vito

Arrived on site to look at an issue with no hot water, took a close look at the heater and found the pilot light was out, could not find any reason as to why it went out, relit the pilot and started the heater, told tenant to keep an eye on it in case it has more issues, cleaned up work area and left

Arrived on-site for a customer who had a few issues she wanted us to look at. First concern was her refrigerator. She is getting a new fridge installed, but the appliance installers couldn’t locate a shut-off valve and recommended the customer have one installed. I inspected the basement and found the ice maker line connected to the cold side of the water heater, but it was using an old-style saddle valve. I informed the customer that we typically avoid working with saddle valves due to their unreliability. Next, the customer pointed out a wet spot on her ceiling. She explained that years ago there had been a leak, so they cut the drywall open. After three years without any further leaking, they patched it up. Recently, her son moved back in and started using the shower again, and they noticed the wet spot had returned. I ran water through the shower and observed water leaking from the tub spout as well as from the shower valve cartridge when the handle was removed. I showed the custo

AC MAINTENANCE ON 4 ceiling units. Added condensate tablets to all drain lines and flushed it with at least 1 gallon of water to ensure proper drainage. Afternoon: Unit#204: We have a capacitor in bad shape and a burnt up contactor. Both parts are no longer reliable. Recommend adding surge protector Unit #203: Unit is completely flat on 410a. Once on the roof I took service valve off of suction line and found shader core valve leaking out all refrigerant. Bad Shader core valve. Will need to replace and top off unit with nearly 6lbs of 410a. I would recommend first putting nitrogen through system to be safe that there is no other leak and then pull a vacuum. Unit#202: Bad capacitor and bad contactor, also recommend adding surge protector Unit #201: 1x capacitor in bad shape. I advised Jessica who is in charge at the office and she said she will wait for her boss to approve the option I recommended which is option number #1. She will hear back from her boss later today and

I arrived at my customer home for the basement ac system not working I did a full system check and find water running down inside of the gas furnace into the drain Pan preventing ac from running I removed all the water reset wet switch ac system working at this time. I recommend a replacement of the gas furnaces due to water running down inside of it I will provide pricing for replacement today

Arrived onsite, customer needed 3 black iron 3/4" gas pipes shortened and capped off so drywall could be put in place. Picked up necessary material for job. Turned off gas at meter first. Threaded 2 black caps onto pipe with threads. Cut pipe with no threads close to the wall. Waited for Mega Press tool to be dropped off. Installed Mega Press cap and pressed connection. Turned gas back on at outdoor gas meter. Checked for leaks. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.

Turn off water to house Cut out old saddle valve and leaking 1/4 inch pipe Reconnect everything with couplings Turn water back on and test for leaks Arrived on site and met customer at the door he led me downstairs to where in his ceiling access there was a 1/4 icemaker line that was leaking. Also noticed there was a saddle valve in place so I informed customer that that would also need to be replaced since it was illegal. Gave customer price and he agreed. Turned off main water, it started to leak but I tightened the nut and it stopped. Drained house down and Cut out section of pipe that had the saddle valve and put in a tee with a angle stop on it. Turned water back on to test for leaks and cut out old 1/4 ice maker line and put a coupling on it to connect to the new line I was putting in. Edwin was extremely professional, demonstrated his knowledge of plumbing each and every time he was checking each room step by step. He checked under all sinks, toilets, showers / bathtubs as well as the laundry room piping He ran the waters for each sink and bathtub, as well as flushing every toilet to verify all were working properly. I followed along and felt very comfortable asking questions to which Edwin's responses were clear and confirmed that I understood. I am hopeful that come next year for the annual checkup, in requesting that Edwin be the employee to come out will be honored!

He did this despite challenges that included the factory sending the incorrect replacement part and a thunderstorm. He also explained what was going on at every step, and let me know what to expect. Kevin was thorough and very helpful. My only negative comment has to do with Vito's price for cleaning the outside compressor, which was $390. I checked the cost of the cleaning spray, and I would guess it's less than $25, which means I paid over $350 for at most one hour of Kevin's time to do the cleaning. Seems excessive to me.
