For this job I did a ac maintenance on a 2015 carrier AC. Indoor unit 2015 carrier 80% furnace. I got a split temp of 19. Evaporator coils has no signs of leaks or corrosion. Condensate line is draining properly. I replaced 16x25x1 Air filter provided by client. I noticed air duct are polluted with dust and has cultivated the air ducts and will need a cleaning soon client is well aware. The dust has made it way to the blower wheel but hasn’t effect the wheel yet. Blower wheel amps 6.67. Control Board is functioning well and communicating with system. All terminals has 24v and all wires are intact with no obstructions found. Outdoor unit 2015 carrier ac. I noticed capacitor has signs of over heating, I made it my recommendation to get it replaced and client is well aware. Condenser Coils are filthy and is in need of a chemical 1 coil clean. Client is well aware and I made this my recommendation. Contactor has 240/24v but has signs of over heating it also needs to be replaced.

Service request: #202 wants us to come out and repair all the leaks that belong to the building Inspected all plumbing units above the reported area of concern. What initially appeared to be a leak was actually old oil-based fire retardant spray on the fiberglass insulation and piping. Today I arrived on site to address the customer's concerns regarding their MINI SPLIT system. MINI SPLIT System Inspection: Observed bird intrusion into the lineset. Noted the lineset had slim duct heads but lacked full slim duct coverage. One lineset was UV wrapped, the adjacent one was not. Identified a bend in the lineset leading to the lower room suitable for slim duct finishing. Recommended pricing for completing slim duct installation on the remaining lineset. Master Bedroom Unit: Observed a stain on the wall originating from a clogged drain. Identified potential condensate leakage from exposed copper. Recommended lifting the head unit and wrapping the affected copper area. General System Performance: Confirmed all systems are currently cooling. Additional Recommendations: Inspected the unit blower wheel and found it requires cleaning. Recommended a maintenance agreement. Evaporator Coil: Payne, Manufactured in 2021 Furnace Unit: Payne, Installed in 2014 Condenser Unit: Payne, Installed in 2014 Service Performed: Upon arrival, the homeowner expressed concern about exposed wiring near the outdoor condenser unit. A visual inspection confirmed that 24-volt control wires were indeed exposed. I secured the wiring using high-quality electrical tape, ensuring the wires are now protected and no longer pose a risk of damage or electrical hazard. Additionally, I inspected the system and found the disconnect box to be improperly mounted—currently hanging low to the ground and making contact with the refrigerant line. This poses a safety and serviceability concern. I discussed the issue with my supervisor, who will be sending the homeowner an estimate for securing and properly mounting the disconnect box to the home in a code-compliant manner. For this job I did a AC maintenance on a 2007 trane AC unit. Indoor unit I got a 14 degree split. I check 20x25x1 air filter provided by client and replaced it, my temperature increase by 1 so I ended up with a 15 degree split. I noticed air ducts being polluted with dust and will need a vent cleaning soon. Evaporater coils has visible signs of corrosion and likely to leak. Blower wheel amps have a reading of 4.6. Control board is functioning and communicating with system. Condensate line is draining properly I did a drain test and added condensate tablets. All terminals are intact and reading 24v. Run capacitor is reading within range. Outdoor unit 2007 trane AC. I noticed compressor had a delay and when it came on it has a loud buzzing noise. I checked compressor with megometer and reads caution level. Fan motor has signs of overheating and burns and client is well aware. Capacitor 40+5 Capacitor reading 40mfs. Contactor has 24v/230v. Bathtub facet is dripping and cartridge is stuck place vacant and door is open: Arrived at the job site. The cartridges was broken inside the valve. Whoever was messing with broke it. It took me a while to get it out of it faucet a while to get it out of the faucet once I got it out of the faucet.i made sure I clean everything inside and grease it up for the new cartridge. Once I put a new cartridges I'll bring water open and close it many times to make sure it was no drip once I was not collected all my tools and clean out my work area thank yoy for choosing Vito.

The technician previously replaced a single-handle faucet fixture in the master bathroom shower last summer. With this cold winter, I couldn't get the shower water hot enough. The water could get warm, but not hot, even with the faucet turned to the maximum hotness. The technician removed a piece inside the faucet that limited the hotness of the water. Now, the water can be adjusted for a hotter shower.
