Leak Coming From 08 Tier: arrived on site for a leak going on on the 8 riser went to front office and office let me know what's going on maintenance found pinhole leak on riser pipe went to unit 108 and found pin hole in question will need to replace 3/4x3/4x1/2 tee to replace also with angel stop waited for maintenance to shut water down to the riser after a few minutes still notice water was at full pressure maintenance shut a few more valves and still nothing with approval of the front office they shut the water down to the whole building . after the water drained cut out section of pipe bad pipe and removed supply lines and angel stop then sanded pipe and placed a new 3/4 x 3/4 x 1/2 press tee then marked coupling as well then pressed 1/2 side with a new angel stop once every fitting was pressed let maintenance know and asked for me to wait around while building was coming to pressure soon as building was pressurized turn water and tested for leaks no leaks were found on water lin
I arrived at my customer home for a full system heat check I check all amps and components indoor and find gas furnace and water heater not venting properly I recommend a replacement of the gas furnace and AC system with a chimney liner I provide pricing for replacement customer going out of town will be back in four weeks.
I found bad flame sensor I replaced and charged customer. I replaced humidifier pad and tested as well as set to 35%. 20x25x4 filter is clean. Co combustion is within range. inducer pulling .39 amps. blower 2.31 amps. return is 72 supply is 134.8. I checked all safeties rollout and high temperature. I checked gas valve voltage as well as control board and transformer and tightened all wire connections. Gas furnace is heating properly at this time.
I serviced carrier heat pump. I replaced filters and cleaned. I took heater kitt amps 21.03. return 71 supply 120. Dampers are in open positions and air scrubber is operational. I checked control board and transformer voltage and tightened connections. blower amps 1.32. compressor amps 5.62 fan .57 amps, capacitor is still within range. I also tested defrost controls. surge protector is still operational.
I serviced gas furnace. 20x25x1 filter is dirty customer will order and replace. return is 70 supply 129. I completed combustion stack temp 292, oxygen 13%, co 64ppm. I checked blower and inducer amps and continuity on all rollout and high temp switches. dampers are all in open positions. I also took voltage at transformer and gas valve. flu pipe had hole in it I sealed with high Temp silicone sealant. system is heating properly at this time. Thank you for choosing vito services.
Work Performed - I arrived at my customer home for a two system heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 55 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjust both thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode customer provided all air filters I check all amps and components indoor =115v furnace power input drawing 8.4 amps, inducer fan motor drawing 0.8 amps, gas valve drawing 0.4 amps, blower fan motor drawing 6.7 amps, control board good, control wires good, 24v roll out flame sensor reading 0.4 amps, high limit switch drawing 0.4 amps, flame sensor clean, secondary coil clean, secondary drain pipe clean, flame's blue, furnace cabinet clean, 15 ppm combustion test gas furnace will run over heat shut down and start up when cool off, supply temperature above the coil is 98.8 degrees, return temperature above the filter is 72.4 degrees Lennox system working at this time I recommend a replacement of the gas furnace
arrived on site forna customer who's popup assembly doesn't work customer showed me area of concern and said the popup arm doesn't come up when looking under cabinet found that the clip has came lose gave customer investment option to place clip back and customer agreed placed clip back in place and tested for proper functions and as of ticket completion no issues where found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.
I arrived at my customer home for a boiler system leaking water after opening the boiler service door cast iron rusted out leaking water from within the boiler boiler is beyond repair at this time I recommend a replacement of the boiler system I provided pricing and proposal for replacement customer will let me know if he would like to proceeded work customer make diagnostic fee by phone $120.00
arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested house pressure and house pressure is at 65psi while inspecting house customer brought to my concern a issue he was he said he has 3 plumbers looking it that they have water coming from there shower to the basement one of the plumbers found that when splashing water on the tiles they notice it ran down to the basement and have since caulked it but not they notice a leak from time to time ran water in tub and found no leaks nothing coming from the tub spout,waste and overflow notice some gaps where the handles are at brought those issues to customer and outer him to chalk tub but said it's something he can do wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito.
arrived for heating maintenance all stat temps are set to 65. zone 1: main hallway unit. unit inspected unit. filters replaced. inspected temp rise of unit. temp rise is within range. inspected and noticed no electric heat equipped to this air handler but it is a heat pump. check drain line to be free and clear. I did notice some oil in the drain pan. did not notice oil inside air handler housing. zone 2: Sanctuary units (2). these air handlers are connected to the boiler. Boiler sends water to water loop and radiators. left and right side of Sanctuary are opposite stats. filters replaced and provided by Church. system are heating properly at this time. zone 3 Kitchen ( 2 ) filters replaced with filters on site. check units electric heat draws to be good at this time. temp rise to be within specifications. checked unit drains to be not obstructed at this time. unit pressures are good at this time heat pumps do not need cleaning at this time. systems are heating properly at this ti

arrived on site for a kitchen sink backup in the building 9822 in unit 2 call Antonio and show me area concern ran water and sink and sink backed up started by setting up drop cloth and sneaking machine once done took apart P-trap and let drain in a small bucket then started sneaking went approximately four cables(30ft) and then pull cables back and had grease on the end of the head put P-trap back together ran water and tested for backups no backups occurred as of ticket completion clean up work area and all work-related materials thank you for choosing vito.
Arrived at location. Enter unit #102. We proceeded to snake it from the sink about 60 feet into the main stack. We pulled back a lot of grease. We proceeded to go downstairs in the storage space, we found a Clean out that lines up with the sink upstairs. Again snaked about 60 feet and pulled back a lot of grease. Tested the sink to check if it would back up and it didn't. Cleaned up our area and left
Today, I arrived on site to assess the HVAC system. Found the condensate line pitching backwards around the water heater. Identified a clog in the condensate line. Noted that the condensate pump was directing water to the sink. Cut the drain line to the AC/humidifier. Connected the condensate line to the condensate pump. Resolved the issue of water backing into the system.
arrived onsite, turned water off to faucet and installed Delta side sprayer. turned water back on at angle stop valves and ran kitchen faucet and sprayer to check for leaks and proper operation. cleaned up work area.
arrived at the job went to replace the water heater because they decided to get a 30gal heater instead of the 40 gal. it was a normal replacement I had everything set up for me to get it done today. once I was done I collected all my tools and clean my work area. bleed the line to make sure everything was good. arrived on site for leak under sink customer showed me area of concern and was at the kitchen sink ran water and notice water started to drop from the dishwasher tail piece and nut was broken gave customer investment option to replace and customer agreed also has a 90 coupon. started by taking p trap apart and let water drain in bucket then removed dishwasher drain connection and removed old tailpiece then cleaned up threads and placed a PVC flange and set new dishwasher drain tail piece in and tighten and then connected p trap and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note: work warranty for 30 days
Replace CI Pipe: In garage p2 replaced 40' cast pipe
upon arrival of home I flushed the 50 gallon gas heater. customer said that HVAC department told him they would fill grout in opening near unit .
Arrived on site and met engineer at the loading dock he took us up to the 6th floor where the heater is. I realized I needed material for the job so I told the engineer I would go to the supply house and be right back. after I came back with the material I started draining the heater and disconnecting the fittings. when I took the old Heater out and tried to put the new one in I realized the new heater was a little to big for the door frame and it would need to be removed. I told the maintenance man my findings and he told me he would have somebody out tomorrow to remove the door frame so we could put the heater in. cleaned up work area and put the new heater in a vacant unit. we will return tomorrow to finish
arrived for heating maintenance 2 zone system. water zone heating systems. Will only charge $120.00. water zone heating system. pulled cat hair from system but they operating properly. system operate properly.
Call to do maintenance on 2017 90% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower is clean. Changed air filter and checked water panel. Performed combustion analyzer test and found system within specs. Recommended adding Air Scrubber to system to clean air ($1100). Final cycled system at this time system is operational.
Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance. Detected a gas smell at the door upon arrival. Informed the owner about the gas odor. Found a gas leak at the union due to space constraints. Removed the union and installed a flex line outside of the furnace housing. Tested the ignitor; it is within specifications. Checked inducer amps; readings are within range. Inspected the blower wheel and housing; both are free and clear of debris. Checked condensate pump operations; functioning properly. Confirmed that the system is heating properly at this time. used cupon on this location.
FALL CHECK HVAC FURNACE checked and replaced customer supplied filter 16x25x1, checked indoor blower motor and wheel found no ecm motor surge protector, cleaned and checked burners and heat exchanger, cleaned flame sensor, checked inducer draft motor and flue pipe, checked all safeties and limits , checked temperature rise 35-65 , return air temperature 67 , supply air temperature 122 , GOODMAN MODEL NUMBER GMES801005CNAA SERIAL NUMBER 2007076744
arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing floor drained backed up awhile running water in Landry tub customer brought to my attention also he wanted to replace the Landry tub as well brought to customer attention the floor drain and qouted to snake and customer agreed started by setting up snaking equipment and started snaking the floor drain went the full 8 cables(60ft) when pulled cables backed had hair on the end of the head ran water and lined was still backed up. took apart Landry tub p trap and started snaking went 60ft again and pulled cables backs and had a bunch of grease on the cable connected p trap again and tested for back ups as of ticket completion no leaks nor back ups occurred cleaned up work area and all work related materials left customer investment options for the Landry tub and said he will get back to us about that thank you for choosing Vito.
