Examined area of concern by customer. Customer home is filled with boxes approximately 6ft high and throughout unit. Went to back of unit and water heater is in utility closet/room in back of unit. Water in pan is warm indicating leak is from water heater. Customer has asked me to flush water heater today. I made customer aware that the only thing I am willing to do is replace existing leaking 50g electrical water heater. Back wall of room is covered in black mold and may be the reason customer appears to have respiratory issues. Definitely not good air quality in home. Formulated investment option for water heater replacement and provided to customer via email. Prior to departure, recommended customer have boxes moved from unit or relocated in unit. Made customer aware we DO NOT provide this service but I’ll check if anyone is interested and have office personnel contact customer regarding. This is all that can be done at this time. With this option, we will remove 1 existing kitchen faucet and install new Delta 400DST model kitchen faucet. Tie into existing water supply undersink and ensure proper functionality prior to departure. This installation will include 1yr warranty for the first year of manufacturer’s warranty. Arrived on-site for a customer who requested their tub to be snaked. After following up with the property manager, it was confirmed that the pipe in question belongs to the homeowner. I proceeded to provide the customer with an investment price to snake the tub and repipe the old galvanized P-trap. The customer agreed to the proposal. Work Performed: Set up the work area in the storage unit and began the job. Upon cutting the top part of the P-trap, water started shooting out. Removed the trap completely and noticed significant buildup inside. Cut back further until clean pipe was reached. Ran a snake to clear the remaining line. Re-piped the trap with new material. During testing, I noticed water leaking from the waste and overflow assembly. I attempted to tighten it, but it continued leaking. I arrived at my customer home for AC system not working. I did a full system check and found outdoor unit not running due to one bad capacitor and system low 2 pounds refrigerant I recommend a replacement outdoor capacitor at 2 pounds. Refrigerant add a surge protector and a wet switch work was authorized by homeowner. I removed and replaced one dual capacitor at 2 pounds. Arrived on site for plumbing maintenance. Began by flushing the water heater, which was installed in 2021 by another company. Inspected the rest of the plumbing in the house and, as of today's visit, found no issues with the plumbing system. Fixtures were recently replaced due to remodeling, and all valves operate correctly and hold pressure. Water pressure is steady at 60 PSI. FALL MAINTENANCE CHECK I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. Blower amps are within specs, run cap in good shape. Both filters were replaced. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the inducer draft motor and amps found within spec. I checked secondary heat exchanger and condensate trap was flushed with approximately 1 gallon of water and added condensate tablets to ensure proper drainage. Temp rise 55 degrees. Flame sensor was cleaned and in good shape. Ignitor is in bad shape and brittle. Humidifier water pad was replaced and tested. Overall furnace is running and heating without any issues at the moment. Recommendations after todays visit: • Replace ignitor $537.00 • Replace water panel $150.00 The client had agreed to the following work. Work was completed and tested and functioned properly. Bowl water hasn’t been replenished and caused lack of power in flush. Showed customer cause and gave customer investment option to restore flow in toilet drainage. Customer authorized. Used closet auger to dislodge obstruction in toilet. Set fill valve tube properly in AquaPiston flush valve at no cost to customer. AC CHECK: Upon arrival the client complained of a strange smell coming from hvac unit. I checked filter and replaced it with one that the client provided. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. I checked blower amps and found within. Blower wheel was a bit dirty. I did notice the cultivation of fungus on the insulation near the evaporator coil. This happens due to the moisture and humidity that the system pulls giving life for spores to grow in the dark without anything to kill it, and eventually it circulates back into the air. I proceeded to check the condensate line and I flushed it was approximately 1 gallon of water and added condensate tablets to ensure proper drainage. I checked all wiring and connections and made sure all limits and safety’s function properly. I got a temp split of 20 degrees. Return air temp 71 degrees, supply air temp 51 degrees. The batteries were tested and found to be in good condition, indicating that the thermostat itself is faulty. The thermostat is still under warranty and will need to be ordered for replacement. For this call, I did the troubleshooting and noticed the the disconnect box fuse was blown, cause by an electrical issue like an overload, short circuit, or faulty system. Replaced the disconnect box fuse ( 250vac 40AMP). I also noticed that the refrigerant was low of charge, customer agree to used the pro charge ( R410A) that will help to seal the leak or to locate the leak. NB: NO GUARANTEE ON REFRIGERANT. Customer also agree to install the surge protector to protect the system from damaging over voltage events or spikes. Customer also agree to clean the condenser coil that was restricted the heat and moisture to be reject. Customer also gave me a $100 off gift card.

I waited from 8 am until 3pm ...I received several messages the Technician was on the way. Once he arrived I showed him the problem Garbage Disposal, he checked the unit asked if the I had checked the Fuse panel? I had and there were no tripped fuses......He went to his truck came back said it would be $800. I declined the service and paid him $50 for coming out to my residence.
