Commercial Plumbing Job in Dental Office in Gaithersburg, MD: Arrived on site. Quoted price to remove old faucet and install new faucet, install new laundry standpipe, and connect new washing machine. Quoted price was approved by the customer. Shut off water to faucet and removed garbage disposal and drain. Disconnected faucet and removed from sink. Cleaned surfaces before drilling new opening in sink deck. Mounted new faucet and installed faucet connections. Reconnected drain and tested. Found no leaks or irregularities in operation. Opened drain of previously removed faucet. Adapted drain connection and installed new trap and standpipe. Followed installation instructions from manufacturer by removing shipping bolts and reeling holes, connecting water hoses, connecting drain hose, and connecting power cord. Call to Install New Faucet and Replace Shower Cartridge in Gaithersburg, Maryland: Upon arrival of the customer's home I replaced the hall bathroom faucet with a customer supplied faucet. I checked all connections for leaks and found none. I then replaced the Moen cartridge to the shower in the same bath and refilled the system. Call for No AC and No Heat. Arrived at home in Gaithersburg, MD and found Lennox HVAC system; I just found the EZ trap was damaged.then I just replaced and checked the operation. I checked the filter but they replaced day ago. I inspected the indoor blower wheel and also check the indoor wheel compartment for any construction and found none. I checked the blower capacitor it doesn't have any problem and still good. I checked the EVAP coil it looks clean. I checked the condensing line the water is flowing fine in the pipe. I just checked all wirings and connections found okay. I checked my delta TI got to return air temperature of 71.5" in supply air temperature of 53.8 and then I went to the outdoor condenser unit was okay. I did recommended a surge protector to protect against power surges during the coming DMV storms. Thank you for choosing Vito!
