I arrived at my customer home for a dehumidifier upstairs not performing properly. I did a full system check and found dehumidifier working due to high ceiling upstairs on the fourth floor thermostat on the third floor whenever the gas furnace is satisfied the system turns off dehumidifier continues to run, unable to perform properly Because of no blower from gas furnace, I recommend keeping blower continuous running to help with high humidity in the home. I inspected drain compressor blower and pipes for dehumidifier. System is working at this time.

CALL BACK. E195 ERROR CODE AFTER LAST VISIT. Furnace door was not in all the way. Meaning there was no power being sent through to board. Used new screws and screwed in door all the way. Thermostat erased error code and unit kicked on. I checked filter and I checked temperatures and the unit is now running and cooling without any issues. Thank you for choosing vito services. All equipment will be installed in accordance with all local codes and manufacturer's specifications. We will pull all required permits and coordinate any required inspections with the customer. Cover and protect the floors in your home with drop clothes, paper and wearing shoe covers where necessary. We will ensure that your home remains clean and everything is replaced properly. Disconnect, remove and properly dispose of your previous system. We follow EPA guidelines in reclamation of refrigerants that exist in the older equipment. Install a condensate neutralizer for the equipment. Install a new EZ Trap condensate safety device to the drain line. We will reconnect to the existing drain line. Arrived on site to install 2/3 new water heaters started on the 75gallon power vent heater that Is cracked shut water off to the home and started draining both house and heater while draining shut gas off and removed gas pipe and once heater was drained cut out old heater and vent line then removed old heater brought new heater in and first tied the vent line and gas line. Once those were done piped in cold and hot water lines and repipe rec line once everything was in marked and pressed fittings and started to fill heater up once filled aired system out and lit heater and started working on 50 gallon electric heater. Cut power off to the heater by the pool house and shut water off and drained house and heater once drained cut out old heater and undid electrical and removed old heater then brought new heater in and started piping in new heater once pipe in marked and pressed fittings and let heater fill up once filled air system out and turned power on to heater cleaned up work area an

NO AC CALL: Found outdoor unit not running. Found bad capacitor. After replacing capacitor and adding hard start , compressor would not come on. I checked compressor terminals and found reading caution. I replaced contactor and compressor came on. The furnace and ac are both 17 years old and approaching it’s life expectancy. I gave the client three options. And he decided to go on the repair for today. I advised him that there is no telling how longer it’ll last. If the unit goes out again, I recommend replacing the full system. For now the unit is back up and running. I tested it out for 45 min before leaving, pressures look good, sub cooling at 8 degrees. Temp split 18 degrees. And amps at within spec. I have also signed the client up for annual maintenance contract. If there’s any issues moving forward please feel free to give us a call. NO AC CALL: Electrician came out and fixed spark at old damper controls. I came back today and re wired hvac unit. The system came back on after resetting it. I tested the unit and noticed temperature split was off at 11 degree split. Outdoor coil is full of weeds and is dirty from dirt and debris. I checked pressures and pressures looked off. The system seems to be low on charge. Overall system is running ur not cooling effectively. The entire hvac system is exposed to any high voltage power surges due to it not contains surge protection. I spoke to clients wife on recommendations and answered questions she may have had. All pictures and videos are up on service titan. Once the client has decided weather she wants to move forward with any additional work she can call and schedule appointment. The client has paid $210 non specific repair in full with credit card. Today I arrived on site to address the no AC issue. Troubleshooting & Inspection: Confirmed the system fan motor was running, but not optimally, and the compressor was not running, resulting in no AC. Checked system safeties and voltages, finding no issues. Verified the capacitor was functioning correctly. Observed the compressor running after initial checks. Tested continuity of wires to the blower, confirming they were good. Checked power from the board to the blower, finding power in the harness but no blower function. Recommendations: Recommend replacing the unit control board and fan motor under warranty. Recommend adding a surge protector to the unit disconnect/fan/blower. The system will remain without AC until parts are ordered and installed.. During the inspection, both HVAC systems were evaluated for performance and condition. The attic system, a 2011 heat pump, is currently operating without any issues, but due to its age and wear, replacement is recommended to ensure continued reliability and efficiency. The basement system consists of a 2008 furnace paired with a 2018 air conditioning condenser. While the system is functioning at this time, the capacitor on the basement AC condenser was found to be failing and should be replaced to prevent future operational problems. Given the age of the furnace, replacement is also recommended to maintain optimal system performance and energy efficiency moving forward.

Today I arrived on site to address the no AC call. CARRIER Indoor Unit (Attic): Observed the unit fan setting on high, causing the fan to run continuously. Noted a system communication error on the thermostat. Accessed the attic unit after removing items from the closet with owner assistance. Confirmed no triggered safeties inside the unit. Identified error code 16, indicating a loss of communication. Attempted to reinstall the system via the thermostat, but communication failed. Disconnected the blower motor due to the continuous fan operation. CARRIER Outdoor Unit: Verified the outdoor unit control board had no error codes and power was present. Checked outdoor fuses; they are currently functional. Recommendations: Recommend full surge protection for the indoor unit. Recommend surge protection for the outdoor unit. Reccomend replacement of unit controle board and blower motor. May need to replace carrier infinity thermostat. Unit is 19 years old. May want to replace

NO AC FOR TWO UNITS. #1 SECOND FLOOR AND TOP FLOOR UNIT: Found bad thermostat because True home zone panel is bad. It must’ve gave a bad signal to thermostat and compromised it. I replaced thermostat and called for ac. Found outdoor fan running but compressor was not. Found weak 45/5 mfd capacitor and replaced it and compressor still did not come on. I added a hard start kit to capacitor and compressor kicked on. Outdoor coil is clogged and in need of a cleaning to prevent any air flow restriction for the Thermostat. Once I got the unit back up and running. I took temperatures and my temperature were off. I inspected further and found unit to be low on at least Lb of 410a refrigerant. The unit is back up and running. Once I got here it was 90 degrees upstairs before I left it dropped down to 86. The system is somewhat cooling but not effectively upstairs. Arrived on site for a customer who has a running toilet and a issue with there whole house water filter customer showed me areas of concern and first showed me toilet and said the toilet runs non stop when looking inside lid notice flapper was completely deformed causing toilet to run. Then customer showed me basement where the water filter is at and said he replaced his filter today and notice it was still leaking and said he didn't replace the o rings and order new o rings gave customer investment option to replace flapper and customer agreed started by reming old flapper and clean flush valve up then installed new flapper in per manufacturer specs and tested for proper function then cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. Arrived on site for a backed-up kitchen sink that also backs up into the neighboring unit (Unit 414). When the sink or disposal is run, it causes a backup into Unit 413. Spoke with the front office and confirmed that it is not a building issue. Quoted the customer to snake the line, and the customer agreed. They also signed up for our VIP plan. Began by taking the P-trap apart and letting the water drain into a bucket. Then set up the snaking equipment and began snaking the line. Noticed that the snake kept skipping and going into Unit 413's drain line. I didn’t have a drop head available, so I called the office to have one brought out to me. Once the drop head arrived, I pulled the cables out and snaked the line again, going a total of 6 cables (approximately 45 feet). Pulled the cables back and heard water begin to drain. Reassembled the drain and tested for backups. As of ticket completion, no backups occurred. Cleaned up the work area and removed all work-related materials. Not
