First, Kevin, the technician that checked my equipment was excellent. I would request him again in the future. That said, the overall experience was less than excellent. I was told the technician would arrive between 8:00 and 5:00 on July 10. The fact that you can't give a shorter arrival estimate is frustrating. At 4:00, I called the office because no technician had arrived. No one answered so I left a message. When my call was returned, I was told no one would come that day and needed to reschedule for July 11. The fact that no one proactively called me to tell me I didn't need to wait anymore on July 10 is infuriating.

wants condensate line drained and needs amount approved before doing work - Arrived at location for HVAC conseation line backing up, once arrived met with the engineer and took me down to the mechanical room where each unit has there own HVAC system. There are multiple spots where pipes are broken and some are out of place due to not being glued properly. Customer will like a quote sent over to repair this HVAC drain line. The line is made of PVC schedule 40 1". Also will like to add insulation on there to avoid having the delivery guys running or bumping in the pipe and potentially breaking it again. Will like a separate quote for the 1" tee feeding to the floor drain underneath concrete, wants to see how much it will cost to break the concrete and make the repair.

Arrived on site for a customer reporting issues with her tub and basement bathroom. Customer showed me the areas of concern and mentioned that her master bathroom tub wasn’t draining, and the lavatory sink was also affected. I noticed the tub had a trip lever stopper, which was in the closed position. I opened the trip lever, and water began to drain immediately. Tested the lavatory sink and found no issues with the drain. I explained to the customer that with trip lever-style stoppers, when the lever is down, the drain is open and water can flow. When the lever is up, it allows the tub to fill. In some cases, people remove the stopper completely and leave just the cover, but hers was still fully intact. No charge for VIP customer. Thank you for choosing Vito!

Arrived for no ac upstairs unit. Temp split was less than 10⁰. Upstairs felt noticable more humid. Upstairs bedroom has the thermostat. No zone control for upstairs. If bedroom door closes than there will be temp difference of spaces upstairs. Go outside. System preforming with subcool of 2. Spoke with owner of possible leak. Will need to charge system and add leak seal. Charged system with 2lbs of 410a and leak seal to get system to subcool 8⁰. Went to check temp split. Temp split is around 17⁰. Outdoor unit still needs to be cleaned and owner said he will clean it. There is some overhang of trees overtop of unit that needs to be cut. It is blocking discharge air. Owner does have ecobee stat and sensor but it wouldn't help without zone control. Attic line set runs throughout the home not outside home.

For this job I did a service thermostat was blank client told me thunderstorm hit and after that the thermostat went blank. I check my indoor handler but 3 amp fuse hasn't blowned nor any safety's has been tripped. I checked all wires for any obstructions and found none. So I disconnected the disconnect and reset it and it turned back on. I check my contactor for 24v/240v and it was good. I noticed there was no surge protector so I RECCOMENDED one to protect system from this happening again. What is a Surge Protector? A surge protector, also known as a surge suppressor, is a device that is made to protect electronic equipment from unwanted power surges or ""spikes."" It takes only a tiny amount of voltage increase to damage most of today's sensitive electronics. What causes these surges ? Power surges in HVAC units can be caused by both internal and external factors. Internal causes include faulty wiring, damaged components, or the on/off cycling of appliances. ****External surg

AC MAINTENANCE ON 4 ceiling units. Added condensate tablets to all drain lines and flushed it with at least 1 gallon of water to ensure proper drainage. Afternoon: Unit#204: We have a capacitor in bad shape and a burnt up contactor. Both parts are no longer reliable. Recommend adding surge protector Unit #203: Unit is completely flat on 410a. Once on the roof I took service valve off of suction line and found shader core valve leaking out all refrigerant. Bad Shader core valve. Will need to replace and top off unit with nearly 6lbs of 410a. I would recommend first putting nitrogen through system to be safe that there is no other leak and then pull a vacuum. Unit#202: Bad capacitor and bad contactor, also recommend adding surge protector Unit #201: 1x capacitor in bad shape. I advised Jessica who is in charge at the office and she said she will wait for her boss to approve the option I recommended which is option number #1. I think that the $1300 quoted initially to remove the existing drain and replace it and the p trap is pretty extreme. And I had a replacement pop up drain I provided on site. The tech removed the drain (which was main issue) for $300. Which means your company was asking for $1000 to replace the slip and p trap (in PVC no less). That’s really outrageous. HOWEVER The tech was very respectful and courteous on the phone
