Leaking Water Cooler: arrived on site to look at a water cooler that was leaking, took it apart and found that the valve was leaking, found a replacement and quoted the customer for the job $163, customer approved and went through with replacement, took out the old valve and installed a new one, tested for leaks, found no leaks, cleaned up work area and left
FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT 80% CARRIER GAS FURNACE I checked the 16254 filter and found clogged, the client didn't have any extras at the momentm. I checked the ecm indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found a funlge outbreak cultivating within the unit I did notice that the blower motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges by not containing a surge protector on it. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked inducer motor and found within specs. I checked the flame sensor and cleaned it off today the flame sensor does have wear on it making it no longer reliable. I checked the igniter reading 55ohms. I checked all limits and safety and all wirings and connections found okay. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the temperature rise and I got a return air temperature of 72 and a supply air temperature of 133. I checked humidifier found oka

arrived at a customer home for heater not working did a full system check and found one bad transformer sequencer and thermostat I remove and replace one transformer sequencer and thermostat check all amp and component system working properly at this time.
i serviced gas furnace in basement. I replaced filter in basement. inducer is pulling .33 amps blower 7.94. ignitor is 48 ohms. co combustion Ajay complete stack temp 120, oxygen 11.9, co 52 ppm. dampers are in open positions. return is 72 supply is 137.6. I cleaned flame sensor and checked rollout and high temp switches. I also checked 24 and 240 at transformer as well as pressure switch. heat pump is 9 years old. filter is clean at this time, outdoor coils need to be cleaned otherwise cause compressor to trip on high head pressure. I checked condensate pump, defrost controls,24 volt connections. heater kit amps is 18.01. fan is .44, compressor 4.79. contactor is in good shape capacitor reading 31/35 4.8/5
Upstairs Toilet Running: upon arrival of home I noticed that upstairs master bath had a bad fill valve and a faulty shut off valve. with customer consent I replaced angle stop, replaced fill valve and replaced flapper as a courtesy to customer. restored water and checked for leaks. found no further failures.
Water Heater Leaking: upon arrival of home I noticed that there was a pin hole leak coming from the undermount filter that was mounted above the water heater. I attempted to find a replacement cartridge to no avail. I have located a similar filtration system that we will need to retrieve and return. I was able to turn off shut off valve that serves filter above water heater. customer has paid a quarter of payment . will send over to parts .
arrived on site to take a look at a leak that was looked at yesterday, there is some sort of leak under the sink in the kitchen of suite 100, took a close look and found out it was the lower neck of the sink that was leaking, sink needs to be replaced to stop leaking, fought with putting the sink back together but eventually got it back in place, informed customer of findings, they will call back with a decision on how to move forward, cleaned up work area and left
arrived on site for a customer who has a leak under their kitchen sink we was last out here the 11/22 for the same leak customer said after that visit they had people cleaning and they notice a bunch of stuff wet under kitchen sink opened cabinet and notice right away that collar wasn't secured but when running water had water leaking thru the disposal meaning disposal needs to be replaced let customer know and agreed to work. started by taking apart p trap and let water drained in the p trap then took out dishwasher drain and unmounted old disposal then took apart electrical and plug connection then started prepping new disposal knocked out dishwasher plug and connected plug to disposal and remounted and locked disposal in place and connected p trap back and dishwasher drain and filled sink up and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note: work warranty for 90 days
NO HEAT CLEAR MASTER UNIT I turned fan on and fan ran. I called for heat and fan came on but no compressor. I checked voltage and found present. Found compressor shorted to ground. NO HEAT CALL. COMMERCIAL JOB Unit on third floor water coil, the client advised that thermostat had been replaced and the circulator pump had been replaced. I wasn't getting 24v at thermostat and there wasn't 120v coming into unit. The magic aire unit does not have a wire scanmatic and on side of junction box there is a relay that control the circulator pump. I cut the breaker on and off and still didn't have 120v. This will be passed on to another tech. The office will need to reach out and reschedule. THIS IS A COMMERCIAL JOB
Commercial HVAC Call: Arrived at my customer business for commercial system not working I did a full system check and found no power to the system I removed and replace one transformer and startup system burn the transformer I turn all power off run to the supply house to get a new transformer and sequencer I removed and replace transformer again with a sequencer check all amp and components and startup system burn the transformer again I recommend the service manager to come out and take a look in the morning system turned off at this time
arrived at the job site. spoke with the gentleman and he told me the whole building was clug. I looked for a clean out or anything out side the but no luck. tool the toilet of the bath in the back and started sneaking it from there. rande bout 100"' ft of cable still I hit the clug . once I clean it I ran water for about 20 min to make sure it was clear of anything. when I got here the also wanted me to replace the toilet so the toilet was also replaced in the same bathroom
customer informed us that their sink was leaking. upon arrival, I noticed that the bottom area of the cabin was wet. I ran water on both hot and cold to try to recreate the leak l. I turn on the garbage disposal just to see if that cause the problem while water is running. I then ran cold water for about 10 min. no leaks occurred. ran the hot side for about 10 min . no leaks occurred. filled the sink all the way up to test the p-trap to ensure it's not leaking. no leaks occurred. advised the customer that they have a two-way supply angle stop, which two supply sides one side was not capped off which can cause a leak if the valve is not holding. took the supple line of off the angle stop yo see if the valves are holding when turned off . both valves are holding when off. advised the customer that I believe the angle stop was turn on, causing water to leak onto the cabinet flooring. pack up equipment and left job site. thanks for choosing Vito !
FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE 2008 TRANE 80% GAS FURNACE. i checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found and fungal outbreak cultivating within the unit. I checked blower amps and found reading a bit high. I checked the Inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked the Inducer amps and found okay. I checked amps coming into the unit pulling high amps and burning a lot of energy. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the flame sensor and found wear on it. I checked the Ignitor and found resistance high reading 91ohms also has wear on it. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safetys working within specs. I checked gas valve 24v found okay. I checked the humidifier and #10 water panal found okay. Water on at the shutoff valve. I performed a combustion analyze test on the unit and I got a reading of 27ppm. Due to it being a older unit we will keep a closer look at the combustion as we move f
NO HEAT COMMERCIAL JOB: We will need another tech to come out and look at this unit. This is a commercial job. I'm didn't seem to have voltage at the spark Ignition board. We couldn't find the breaker for the unit. No one knew where it was. Office will need to reach out to reschedule for morning first thing. No heat
No Heat Local Call: checked system operation found blower fan limit open and will not reset needs to be replaced for proper operation
Repair Toilet Handle: upon arrival of home I noticed that the toilet in the master bathroom had a trip lever that had gotten stuck after each flush and custoemr would have to maually adjust it. with customer consent I replaced trip lever and flushed multiple times to ensure proper functionality. customer was pleased with service .
Plumbing Parts Install: upon arrival of home I replaced stems and shower head in upstairs master bath. checked for leaks and found no failures.

New Furnace Installation: removed old furnace and humidifier and set and installed new humidifier and furnace and tied everything back in from gas to wiring and drains and also made a piece of duct work to make up difference in furnace hight. ran equipment and checked for proper operation
customer informed us that they wanted to install a new kitchen faucet. once on site I went up to unit 210. the employee address me that they are installing a a new faucet due to the engineer saying the sensor was causing the hot water to stop working. unbolted the old faucet and turn off water supply to take supply lines off. once the supply lines where off I then started to assemble the new faucet. tighten the faucet down and test for leaks. no leaks . customer then advised me that their hot water wasn't working. I explain to the customer that somewhere on the line a valve is turn off. I discovered this by taking the supply line off of the angle stop while leaving it open to see if water would come out. no water appeared to be coming from the line. I then traced the line up in the ceiling area and then observed a flood stop device which closes valves when water is detected. bypass the flood stop and check for hot water. hot water appeared to come back. test functionality of the new fa
upon arrival of inspection customer had speaking items he wanted to have looked at. I noticed customer had a shower head that was spraying ag the connection and a shower trim that was loose. in the next bathroom I noticed that the shower trim was loose. I gave customer price of $300 to tightened and repair issues. customer said that he had a plan. I said the plan offers discounts to the work done. customer said the last guy did it for free . this work would have required time and work. customer told me to f off. I then asked the customer did he want service ... and he then told me f me . I then ran to the truck before he let his dog out
