07/25/2024 arrived to search system for leak in coils. check evap coil. no leak was detected. checked all coil runs, condensate drain, and the line set inside up to the wall. checked at the heat pump and as much of the line set I could see. I noticed that the straps on the line set may not be supporting much. the line set has indication the it has come down some/ moved this may have caused stress on the line set and may have sprung a leak. no leak indicated on this day. system cooling with 18 split. comphort advisor to quote replacement of insolation and to re strapp the line set. aswell quote for air scrubber and customer would like

07/25/2024 access air handler found low voltage interrupted by safety pan switch also found leak from up above condo dripping following the li ne set and dripping into the safety pan of Mr Sullivan's unit drain pan started unit system is running fine informed maintenance of the leak from up above they reported it to the office and they will take care of the water leak from up above Mr Sullivan's unit is running fine

Clogged Garbage Disposal 07/25/2024 upon arrival of home I noticed that the customer had a older model disposal that made grinding noises. with customer consent replaced disposal with new. once installed checked all components for leaks and issues. found no failures. customer signed up service plan.

07/25/2024 arrived at the job site.. notice the 4" pipe was cracked bout 20 inch line on the bottom of the pipe. I cut the pipe 24" down the pipe to make sure the crack line was not more then that. put my new peace with 2 francos and and bands. once I was done I started collecting all my tools cleaning my work area. made sure the job was done correctly and it was no more leaks before I left. thank you for choosing Vito.

07/24/2024 Arrived on site. Men's locker room urinals backed up. Set down drop cloth and removed left urinal. Snaked with 90 degree pigtail. Snaked jumped over to other urinal before going down stack. Passed resistant area at about 25-30 feet. Tested drain by flushing right urinal. Drain is clear but seal of right urinal failed. Mounted and connected left urinal with customer supplied parts. Disconnected and dismounted right urinal in order to install new customer wax seal. Mounted right urinal and flushed several times. No leaks or back ups remained. Cleaned up work area and removed all work related tools, debris, and equipment from site.

Commercial Plumbing Leak In Ceiling 07/24/2024 arrive at the job siite. one of the lady showed me where was the issue coming from... when I open the soft ceiling I noticed the cast iron pipe have some residue of water coming from the Strom drain... I ran some water to see which band I have to replace and process with the job.. after I disconnected the pipe i notice the pipe was cracked so it had to be replaced. I replace the bands and and ran water threw the sister! to made sure everything was good to go. once I was done collected my tool and clean up my work area.

Commercial Plumbing Check Water Heater Leaking 07/24/2024 Arrived on site and entered 12A with Joe Floam. Surveyed area for source of flood two days ago. All solder joints of water heater piping are dry. No moisture found on tank body or threaded connections. All piping in closet is dry. Expansion tank and t&p discharge are dry as well with no evidence of moisture. No evidence of backup in hvac closet or in restroom.

Local Plumber Maintenance 07/24/2024 arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested house pressure and house pressure is at 65psi which is good and inspected all other plumbing in the house heater is from 2022 which is 2 years old and all valves turn and hold and as of today inspection found no plumbing issues went back downstairs let heater flush for awhile longer wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito.

upon arrival of home I noticed a laundry drain that was clogged, a powder room sink that was clogged, the bathtub in the powder room is also clogged . customer also needs a new trip lever . I gave the customer a price of $1111 which included snaking bathtub , laundry drain, installing new trip lever . would also include replacing flapper and snaking bathroom sink as a courtesy to the customer. customer explained they didn't have that kind of money. I then offered to snake the bathtub and bathroom sink for $451. customer declined services. customer said that the office waived dispatch fee.

07/22/2024 AC LEAKING I came out today for a leaking AC. I was here back in May for a AC MAINTENANCE. There was some recommendations on for this unit and I advised the client about these certain recommendations. One recommendation was to flush the condensate line due to all the rust and corrosion that was already in the drain line, to prevent any over flows or backups. Today I found the Condensate line overflowing and coming out to the drain pan and into the furnace and on the floor. This leak has caused damage to the furnace and compromised parts. This unit is 18yrs and passed its life expectancy. I did talk to the client and told him that for today I will be able to fix it momentarily. To make the repair I will need to cut the pvc and flush the unit down with nitrogen. After flushing the unit down I will have to drain it down with 2 gallons of water to make sure there isn't any more overflow. I was about to clear blockage around 20 feet which would make the blockage on the building and not the cuatomer. removed cables and found a lot of black gunk. ran water for testing and found no further failures.

Wall Hanging Toilet Leaking Into Wall 07/22/2024 upon arrival of home I noticed that the wall hung discontinued Kohler toilet in the master bath had a check valve of some sort that had come loose. causing water to spray everywhere. I have dealt with the toilet in the past and parts are obsolete. with the customers consent I was able to reinstall the check valve and check the toilet for leaks. found no further failures.

AC Mini Split Blowing But Not Cool Air 07/19/2024 all power was present. one head unit was not communicating with the outdoor unit. voltage was proper. the condensate pump was really dirty and obstructed. making it not able to pump. cleaned out condensate pump. cycled condensate pump with water. after I reset power unit was on an running normally. 60 supply.

New Water Heater Install Cap Gase Line 07/19/2024 arrived on site to convert a 50 gallon gas heater to a 50 gallon electric heater customer already has electrical ran for the new heater started by shutting water off to house and drained heater while draining removed flue pipe and capped flue for heater then removed gas line and capped line going to heater. once old heater was drained cut and removed out then placed new heater in placed once in started to pipe in water lines notice I had no room anywhere to pipe the expansion tank so place it on the heater once all pipe work aligned marked and pressed fittings then turned water back on and let heater fill. once filled aired out system while aring out system notice water was coming out dirty brown color so let that go until it was clear again took old heater back to truck then started to wire heater in once heater was hooked up and system was fully aired out turned power on to heater confirmed that temperature in heater was rising told c

I recently completed a job for a customer who needed two toilets rebuilt, a water heater sillcock replaced, and a new outdoor sillcock. The customer was very pleased with the work and will return tomorrow when they have more time.
