Fall HVAC Maintenance: I called client while on the way from Alexandria to their property in Gaithersburg. The client has forgotten we were going to be out there today and she has errands to run. New Furnace Installation: removed both the old furnace and set and installed new furnace and tied everything back in and ran equipment and checked for proper operation

NO HEAT OIL FURNACE Client advise me that someone was there about two weeks ago and bleed the oil line. But today there was cold air blowing. I went down to the oil furnace/heat pump and pushed the red reset button. The furnace rest and the motor energized the valve opened but there was no flames. And it kept pulsing "sys". I went to thermostat and adjusted configuration so that the heat pump will run and the oil furnace wouldn't kick on. The heat pump came on and ran and started to heat. Someone will call client by Monday and have someone from install team come out.

No Heat Call: I arrived at my customer home for heat pump system not working up on arrival customer say his system is working just not giving out enough hot air I did a full system check and found heat pump system not working properly compressor cycling on and off every 10 minutes I checked all amp and components found compressor needed more power I recommend a turbo booster for the compressor I remove one 40 UF dual capacitor and replaced it with one turbo 200 dual capacitor heat pump system working properly at this time supply temperature 130 return temperature 69 customer like it's thermostat set between 68 and 80 degrees in the home.

upon arrival of home I replaced upstairs hall bath shower valve. checked all connections for leaks . found no further failures.

NO HEAT OIL FURNACE/ OUTDOOR HEAT PUMP This unit is a new install. I called Nolan and he advised!e to pass it on to install team. They will get someone out here and the office will need to give the client a call when they are on route. Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES. No payment was collected

upon arrival of home noticed customer had older style shower in upstairs guest bath. customer also spoke about tub spout not fully diverting . I recommended replacing valve to customer . customer would like to have valve replaced . will return parts and return Monday.

upon arrival of home I noticed that there were water marks on the ceiling in the basement . with the customer consent I opened ceiling and checked for leaks. water marks may have stemmed from previous leaking toilet with replaced a few months back. thoroughly checked opening and found no visible leaks.

Plumbing Call, Main Line Stoppage: arrived at the job site and everything was clug in the basement... started running cables till I couldn't turn it cable anymore so I took it out and read it again with no head. once I put the no head it went all the was to 180' ft of cable and it never got stuck.. when it was clearing up I started running water at the same time taking the cables out to flush everything that was stuck in the way. also the clean out Jim cap come out and some water came out from the clean out. once everything was clean I show the homeowner and he was satisfied with the job. collected all my tools and clean my work area. New Hot Water Heater Installation: arrived on site to install new 50 gallon heater and with mixing valve started by setting up transfer pump shut water off to home and opened valves and connected pump to drain then started draining old 75 gallon heater while draining started to prep work area placed drop clothes down since it was raining and didn't want to drag mud into home. once heater was drained and parts runner arrived with new heater brought out old heater and brought new heater in and started prepping heater dry fit mixing valve,mounted expansion tank and bracket and once all pipe work aligned marked and pressed fittings before turning power on to heater adjusted tank temperature to 140 both top and bottom elements then filled tank up and aired out tank and system once aired out turned on power and let heater heat up while cleaning up as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito final temp of hot wate

Upon arrival of performed a full home plumbing inspection customer was very specific and only wanted things on inspectors report looked at. checked recirculation pump and it is working just fine. customer had questions regarding dual check valves . check valves are newly installed . will need to be replaced in 2028.

09/05/2024 arrived on site for a plumbing inspection started by flushing heater while flushing inspected all plumbing in the house tested house pressure and house pressure is at 90 psi customer does have a prv but is failing then tested water quality and oh levels are at 7.6 and chlorine levels are at 3.0 which are high inspected the rest of the house and found no issues as of today visit explained customer my findings and talked about whole house filtration customer said that's something she will talk it over with her husband and also explained if they were looking into getting a whole house filter they would have to replace the prv since the filter tanks are rated for 80psi and per manufacturer specs will have to install a new prv wrapped hose up thank you for choosing Vito.

08/14/2024 Today, I arrived on site for a cooling maintenance job. Here's a summary of what I found and the actions I took: Inspection: Checked the unit condensate drain and found little debris, which is good. Inspected the unit filter and noticed that it was a little dirty, but it is okay for now. Checked the supply air temperature, which was 57. Noticed that the humidifier was still open and advised the owner to close it when using the air conditioning. Heat Pump: Checked the coils around the unit and found them to be clean and free of debris. Checked the pressures, which were not too subcool, and the supply air temperature, which was 20. Checked the capacitor and found it to be within capacitance. Measured the fan amps at 0.9 and the compressor amps at 4.3. System Operation: Confirmed that the system is cooling properly at this time. No further repairs, replacements, or additional services were recommended during this visit. The system is operating normally.

08/13/2024 arrived on site to install new waste and overflow flow first took a look at exactly where we are working at area we need to work on celling was already cut open to removed water and over flow notice toilet will need to be removed to gain work on waste and overflow brought to customer attention that price he was quoted to replace the waste and overflow flow plus to pull and reset toilet and customer agreed. started by shutting water off to toilet and drained then undid Jonny bolts and pulled toilet cleaned up wax then set drop cloth down and set ladder up and started to removed old water over flow in the bathroom removed waste basket and over cover and unsecured once lose cut close to 90 and once pipe was removed used fitting saver to reuse fitting notice my tool was a bit long so cut fitting saver to fit once used started to dry fit new water and over flow. once everything lined up primed and glued all fittings and set gasket below tub shoe and with a bead of level tighten w

HVAC Call Honeywell Thermostat Says No Signal 08/07/2024 located loose wire connections, tighten wire that was found and all others wire connections inside system. system is now functioning properly

Plumbing Quote Pressure Reducing Valve 07/15/2024 arrived on site for a customer who needs a prv office said to wave dispatch fee customer showed me area of concern and said when they run the toilet the pipes tarts to bang connected press gauge and tested house pressure and house pressure is at 100psi which is really high anything above 70 is high water pressure customer was trying to get qoutes left customer with investment options on a new prv and said they will get back to us once they made there there choice thank you for choosing Vito.

AC Not Cooling: 07/10/2024 AIR CONDITIONING NOT KEEPING UP said it was 79 yesterday and wouldn't come down, check filter found clogged and restricted this type of filter needs replacing every 2 weeks to 1 month, checked temperature split 76 return air temperature, 56 supply air temperature

New AC Installation: 07/09/2024 recoved refrigerant and removed all old equipment and lineset and set and installed new lineset with all new indoor and outdoor equipment and tied everything back in from gas lines, drains, electrical, and new lineset and duct work and fired up and all equipment and checked for proper operation and charged unit

Local Plumber Call Leak Search: upon arrival of home I noticed a leak coming from the upstairs bathtub into first floor powder room. after further observation I noticed that thr trickle was coming from the waste and overflow gasket. I removed the water and over flow and applied sealant . I then reinstalled waste and overflow cover and applied more sealant around cover. customer has a shower on other side of the wall so there is no access to over flow. if issue persists will need to have tile removed and replace overflow gasket. or will need to replace entire waste and overflow but will have to get special waste and overflow kit. customer will call us if issue persists. price to replace overflow from down stairs will be estimated around $1150. price may change due to overflow being a specialty item.

NO AC HVAC Unit Does Not Come On: 06/28/2024 I arrived at my customer home for the indoor system working and the outdoor not working I did a system check on the outdoor unit and find one bad dual capacitor customer will like to replace dual capacitor I removed and replaced one dual capacitor ac system working at this time.

Plumbing Call New Faucet Installation 06/20/2024 installed utility faucet with new valves. installed disposal . checked all connections for leaks and found no failures. customer presented $90 off coupon.

Plumbing Call to Replace Shut Off Valve on Utility Sink 06/19/2024 upon arrival of home I noticed that the disposal in the kitchen was bad. the customer has two stops underneath laundry tub that dont work. customer also wants deck mounted faucet replaced as well. will need to return tomorrow am to replace all parts . will need to retrieve gooseneck faucet and return.
