FREE ESTIMATE FOR FURNACE AND WATER HEATER.
The indoor unit is a 2022 Rheem 90% gas furnace. I recorded a temperature rise of 55°F, which is within the expected range. The evaporator coil shows no signs of leakage or corrosion. The blower wheel is currently clean and operating with an amp draw of 2.56, which is normal. The control board is functioning properly and communicating with the system. I replaced the 16x35x1 air filter (provided by the client). However, the air ducts are heavily polluted with dust, and I recommend a full duct cleaning. Duct cleaning will improve indoor air quality, reduce dust circulation, improve system efficiency, and help prevent premature buildup on the blower wheel and coil. The burners are clean and in good condition. The flame sensor has been cleaned and is functioning properly. The flame ignitor is also in good shape and giving proper readings. I performed a gas leak test with no leaks detected. A combustion analyzer test showed a reading of 7, which is within a good range. The condensate line
Arrived onsite, performed plumbing maintenance check. Customer complained of high water pressure in shower. Checked for PRV after main water shut-off valve and did not find one. Recommended installing to prevent future leaks. Quoted $760.
Examined area of concern by customer. Pilot went out on water heater again. Formulated investment option to order new Gas Control for Rheem water heater. Made customer aware I will attempt to light pilot in either case if he goes with new Control or new water heater. Customer opted to just move forward with lighting pilot at this time. Lit pilot with no issues. Customer states he will move forward with full replacement if pilot goes back out. I agree with customer regarding doing repairs on aged water heater with no warranty. Water is currently heating. Thank you for choosing Vito!
2015 Carrier Heat Pump Indoor Unit: • The system is cooling properly with a 19° temperature split. • The evaporator coil is clean and in good shape. • The blower wheel is dirty from dust buildup inside the air ducts. A dirty blower wheel restricts airflow, reduces efficiency, and can push dust back into your home. I recommend a blower wheel cleaning and a 2-zone duct cleaning to restore proper airflow and improve indoor air quality. • Blower motor is operating within normal range (0.53 amps). • Condensate line is clear and draining properly. • All wires are secure and the air filter was recently replaced by client. Outdoor Unit: • Capacitor (rated 40/5) is weak and testing under 30 µF on the fan side. This can cause the fan motor to run poorly and eventually fail. I recommend replacing the capacitor to keep the system reliable. • The contactor is showing signs of age and should be replaced soon to avoid future breakdowns. • The defrost board is working properly, but
I tested thermostat operations. Inspected equipment cabinet, wiring, and electrical connections. Check airflow, air temperature, capacitor, fan motor, and contactor. Checked the condition of refrigerant and I did add a pro charge because of low refrigerant. Tested cooling operations and performance. System operations are operating properly at this time. I also recommend customer to install surge protector. N/B no guarantee on refrigerant.... Pro charge R410A
Examined area of concern by customer. 10yr old water heater has shutdown. Inspected area and gave customer tentative investment option to relight pilot and test for causes of shutdown. Pilot lit immediately and burner assembly engaged with no issues. Gas Control is giving diagnostic code indicating Gas Control is bad. If gas control was bad, nothing would’ve lit in combustion chamber. Inspected ventilation and baffle is sitting crooked with one notch sitting down inside exhaust. Pulled side up and set baffle correctly. Shutdown water heater and waited a couple minutes for control to reset. Again, lit pilot with no issues. Diagnostic code is now reading Normal Operations. Spoke to customer regarding situation and made him aware I am formulating an investment option to replace existing water heater. Water heater is currently heating water with No error codes on gas control. Thank you for choosing Vito!
Arrived on site and met with customer he showed me to his garbage disposal which was stuck. Gave him the price to unstick it and he agreed. Got my 1/4 Allen wrench and got it unstuck and ran it to make sure it worked and it does. Left customer a estimate on a new display in case it ever goes bad. Thank you for choosing vito
Arrived in site and met customer outside we went inside and I showed that her expansion tank needed to be replaced since I had neglected to mention that on my previous visit. Turned off water to the gone and disconnected the faucet and put in the new one the customer had supplied. Cut into the hot line of the water heater and drained it out put in a tee and a new angle stop to replace the saddle valve that was originally there. Took out the old expansion tank and drained it in the sink. Pumped my new expansion tank up to 70 PSI and installed it in place of the old one. Turned water back on and bleed out the air. Replaced the 2 flappers in the 1st level toilet and the master toilet and tested to make sure they were functional. Cleaned up all areas I worked in and told the customer what I had done.
For this job I did an ac maintenance. Indoor unit 2012 Lennox. I got a temp split of 19. Evaporator coil has no signs of leaks or corrosion. 5/5% Run capacitor has a low amp draw, I recommend to replace it if it doesn’t get replaced blower wheel will stop running. Blower wheel amps 5.6. Blower wheel is clean for now. Condensate line is draining properly. Control board is functioning and communicating with system. All terminals has 24v. Air filter needs to be replaced client is well aware and will do so when she get spares. Outdoor unit 2012 Lennox. 40/5 Capacitor has a low reading of 38.0 and will need to be replaced. Contactor reading 230v /24 v a low reading due to age of components it needs to be replaced to keep up with systems performance. Condenser coils needs a chemical level 1 clean due to dirt and outside debri blocking coils and making unit less efficient. Checklist sent to client.
Arrived at my customer home for an AC system not working. I did a full system check. I found no power to the outdoor unit and two bad fuses. I recommend replacement of fuses work was authorized by homeowner. I remove and replaced two fuses check all amps and component compressor is reading 60% outdoor calls are very dirty contact to burn pit no wet, switch easy trap or surge protector under the equipment customer just only interested in replacing fuse today. I also recommend the replacement of the full system due to age and performance. Customer not ready to replace system. She will call when she’s ready. Customer have a coupon for $100 off which applies to today’s repair systems working at this time. I strongly recommend a replacement of the full system.
Arrived on site and met customer at the door. He led me to the bathroom where the pop up was leaking from the top. Took pop up apart and doped the gasket with a very strong sealant and tightened it really hard. Put acrylic sealant on the bottom of the top piece after cleaning the residue putty and tightned it down as hard as I could and put the drain back together. Put the trap back together and told the customer to wait 1 day before running water to let the sealant fully dry and if that didn't work I would come back out and put a new brass push pop assembly. Cleaned up work area. Thank you for choosing vito
.Customer states “wife saw a leak under sink the other day coming down the threads” of pop-up assembly. Reviewed site history prior to entering home and seen a customer supplied faucet was installed approximately a month ago. Labor warranty would have expired over the weekend on customer supplied product. Labor Warranty will cover today’s adjustment. Unsecured lower nut to pop-up assembly and iewed no cracks in assembly. Drip is producing around gasket. Tightened pop-up assembly by hand, then tightened further with tool to fully engage gasket. Filled sink with water and allowed to sit to test integrity. Wiped drainline piping undersink and viewed no further drips. Emptied sink with no further drips. Ran faucet with no further leaks undersink. Made customer aware today’s visit is covered installation labor warranty and he will not be charged. Made customer aware his 30day Labor Warranty on installation of Customer Supplied products expired on Sunday past. There are no further leaks in a

Cutting open hole in drywall and finding what's causing the moisture problem Arrived on site and let myself in the POC was telling me that he couldn't paint in the downstairs area since theres some type of moisture not allowing the paint to settle. Cut open drywall in ceiling and felt around and felt a cast iron stack with water on it. Traced the pipe and it's right below the bathroom. Called POC back and told him our comfort advisor Chris would have to come out to give him a price on replacing that stack and cutting all the wall out to get to it. POC is friends with Michael and will hash out the payment/billing with him Thank you for choosing Vito
System Type: 2011 Carrier Furnace / AC Split System Date of Service: [Insert Date] Technician: [Insert Name] Inspection Findings: 1. System Operation: The air conditioning system is currently operational and providing a temperature differential (Delta T) of 18°F, which is within acceptable cooling performance parameters. This indicates the system is still capable of removing heat effectively at this time. 2. Evaporator Coil: The evaporator coil is showing signs of rust formation. While the coil is still functioning, this is an early indicator of potential future deterioration. Rust can lead to coil degradation, reduced efficiency, and possible refrigerant leaks if not addressed over time. 3. Air Filters: Two air filters were previously replaced by the customer. Proper filter maintenance is critical for airflow and system efficiency, and the replacements appear appropriate. Continued regular filter changes are encouraged (typically every 1–3 months, depending on usage and filter t

Arrived at my customer home for AC system not working. I did a full system check I found one bad blower fan motor. Customer review proposal and decided if they want to go with a repair or replacement of the full system husband not at home at this time to make any decision.
NO AC EMERGENCY SERVICE: The client advised me that the previous home owner changed the thermostat. However the new owner had an Ecco bee that he wanted me to replace it with. I went to air handler to look at wiring going to thermostat. There was a total of 6 wires including the C wire. I re wired the Ecco be thermostat and installed it. I programmed it and called for cooling. After a 5 minute delay the ac came on and the fan fan spun. I took temperatures and got a 20 degree delta T. The new homeowner also wanted me to install another Ecco bee thermostat for the unit on the main floor. However I advised him that we’ll have to come back for that one. The client also asked me that if the Ecco bee had a sensor that come with it and I said yes it does however it will not be necessary because it is not a zoned controlled system which will require the sensor. I quoted client for the emergency dispatch fee and also the replacement for two thermostat. Will need to return tomorrow for secon
