I arrived on site for a cooling maintenance job. Here's a summary of the work I performed: Filter: The filter is in good condition and did not require washing. Duct work: The duct work is quite dirty and needs cleaning. System pressures, voltages, and amps: All are within specifications, indicating no issues. Drain line: I found the drain line partially clogged. I flushed it with water and vinegar to clear the blockage. The water now flows through the drain line better. Vinegar treatment: I recommend using vinegar regularly to help keep the drain clear. Cooling performance: The system is currently cooling properly. Please note that no repairs or replacements were needed during this visit.
