Hi Linda - We are so glad to hear that you were pleased with Aaron's HVAC service ... thank you for letting us know and for the 5-Star Review!
Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance on the Carrier furnace. Observed that the secondary safety switch is loose and requires adjustment. Noticed that the secondary safety is glued and needs to be cut and replaced for proper function. Detected condensation from the furnace exhaust, with moisture present on the outside of the furnace ducts. Suspected an obstruction in the flue or improper installation of the chimney cap, leading to backdraft issues. Confirmed that the flame sensor is clean and the ignitor ohms are within the acceptable range. Recommended installation of a surge protector on the blower motor to safeguard against power surges. Replaced the filter provided by the owner. Suggested a dedicated transformer for the UV light installation. Found that the chimney cap is missing and requires repairs to prevent further damage to the system.

Hi Kirk - Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience and for the 5-Star Review!
Today, I arrived on site for a gas repair and heating maintenance. Conducted gas repair by extending the black pipe outside of the furnace housing to meet code standards. Inspected the furnace ignitor, which showed a good reading of 33 ohms. Checked the pressure switch and found a small bug in the tubing; tubing was free and clear of debris. Noticed condensation rust under the inducer and water stains against the housing. Observed that screws won't tighten down anymore; recommended using high-temperature silicone if the issue persists to prevent fumes from leaking inside the furnace housing. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor; noted heavy rust on one flame rollout switch. Identified a leak from the PVC drain of the AC inside the housing and over the switch. Turned the system on in heat mode; encountered error code 4+7 indicating an ignitor circuit fault. Reset the power, and the furnace started successfully. Ended the call for heat and initiated another call; the furnace ope

After assessing the situation, I performed the following tasks: Flushed the condensate drain with water and vinegar using a galo gun (x5) to ensure proper drainage. Tested the system by turning it on to check for any malfunctions. Verified that the system is cooling properly with a supply temperature of 35. would need ladder to access drain line from outside. Units drain does not go down to unit. Based on my assessment, the system is functioning correctly and the AC leaking issue has been resolved. Two Toilets In Basement and Pump Clogged 08/01/2024 I arrived at the job site. the showed me the bathroom and injector pump that was stuck... I spoke with the lady and told her I was going to disconnect the pump and draining the water out the injector pump. once I disconnected and open the pit is was full of gloves paper towels and baby wipes. the footer was stuck with a glove and that the reason the pump stop working also it didn't have weep hole and it for air, if it doesn't have that whole the pipe would fun but it won't push what it need to. once I was done I clean my work area and collected all my tools I made sure everything was clean and running properly. 07/16/2024 Today, I arrived on site for AC maintenance and found the following: Furnace: Filter was already replaced by the owner. Blower amps and voltage in the furnace are good. Condensate drain is free and clear. System cooling with a temperature split of 15 (59 supply, 74 return). Flex line for gas going into the furnace housing is touching the furnace housing. Repairs are needed to fix the gas line and bring it outside of the furnace. AC Unit: Pressures look good. Voltage across the contactor is good. Capacitor is within specifications. Voltage and amps within the unit are good. No burn marks on the contactor. AC unit was a little dirty, but washing it did not significantly change the pressures (130/310). Subcool is 15. System is cooling well due to it being a Lennox elite system, but the 15 cooling capacity concerns me. The unit may be a little low on charge, as it is not achieving a 20 split. Overall, the system is cooling at this time, but repairs are needed for
