I serviced 80 percent gas furnace. I replaced 16x25x4 filter and dated. I checked green carbon x uv light and is currently operational at this time. I removed flame sensor and cleaned and checked micro amps .4. I checked ignitor reading 48 ohms. I checked all safeties and switches as well as gas valve and 240/24v transformer. inducer motor is reading .72 amps and blower reading 3 amps. I inspected control wiring and tightened all connections. I also completed delta t return reading 71 supply 136. lastly I completed co combustion analysis. stack temp 319, oxygen 11.5%, Co is 62 ppm. I arrived at my customer home for a one system heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 53 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in heat mode customer provided all air filters I check all amps and components indoor fan power humidifier working humidity stats set at 35% Carrier systems 115v furnace power input drawing 7.2 amps, inducer fan motor drawing 1.5 amps, gas valve drawing 0.5 amps, blower fan motor drawing 5.6 amps, control board good, control wires good, 15uf run capacitor reading 9.5uf, 24v roll out flame sensor reading 0.4 amps, high limit switch drawing 0.4 amps, flame sensor clean, flame's blue, furnace cabinet clean, 11ppm combustion test supply temperature above the coil is 120.4 degrees, return temperature above the filter is 79.8 degrees Carrier 80% gas furnace working properly at this time . Repair or Replace Hose Bib: Arrived at location. Saw the leaking hose bib in the front of the house. Disarmed the bib and found out the washer was damaged. Replaced Washer and tested for any leaks. No leaks at this moment, Placed a Vacuum Breaker on hose bib. Cleaned up our area and left.

FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT 90% GAS FURNACE. I checked and replaced 20251 filter with one costumer provided. i checked the indoor ECM blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. As of right now it is exposed to any high voltage power surges. I checked blower amps and found within specs. i checked the inducer draft motor and amps and found okay. i checked and cleaned the burners and heat exchanger. i checked the flam. e sensor and it Ignitor and found both have wear and tear on them making it no longer reliable. i checked the condensation from furnace to Condensate pump and found okay. i checked all the wirings and connections and all limits and safetys found okay. i got a return air temperature of 89 and. a supply air temperature of 130. I checked the humidifier and needs a new water panal. Over all as of now the system is running and heating. Recommendations after today's visit: Replace worn out flame sensor $374.00 Replace Ignitor

arrived at my customer home for a boiler startup and system service I checked all gas pipes with soap bubble and electronic detector check all wiring gas valve switches Purge clean the burners flame sensors combustion test I turn all power on ignite the boiler set boiler temperature to 140 check pressure water temperature gauges backflow preventer fuel valve vent pipes all radiators boiler system working properly at this time.

arrived on site for a customer who has a leak in the bathroom customer showed me basement bathroom and said hot side angel stop was leaking I remember I was out here a few months ago for the same thing but only was approved to replace the cold side angel stop but today the hot side started leaking qouted customer for a new angel stop and customer agreed started by shutting water off to house and drained once drained removed supply line and unthreaded old angel stop then doped new angel stop and tighten in place connected supply line back and turned water back on and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note: angel stop warranty for 40 days

I cleaned flame sensor and checked all safeties. ignitor ohm is 46. inducer amps 1.02, blower amps 1.61. I also replaced homeowner provided e flex filter.

Call to do maintenance on 2017 80% furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found system mostly clean. blower wheel needs to be cleaned ($369). Humidifier pad needs to be changed ($201), also plugged humidifier in. After completing system maintenance homeowners is not home to go over recommendations. Final cycled system at this time system is operational.

Call to do maintenance on 2018 90% Furnace/AC. During maintenance checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found system is clean at this time. Not finding any issues with system at this time. Final cycled system at this time system is fully operational.

Leaking Handle on Main Line in Basement: arrived onsite, customer has main water gate valve leaking from packing nut. tightened packing nut with pliers and checked for leaks. advised customer that best thing to do would be to replace the valve and repipe the rest because it is piped in with black iron pipe which is not typical for a water line. he will monitor the valve and if another leak occurs then we will discuss next steps.

I arrived to do final checkup on new parts installed and all checked out. Tested the heat and all working ok as of now will collect remaining balance. $1700.00

NO HEAT CALL, Blowing Cold Air: I arrived on site. I called for heat at the thermostat but the AC ran. 80% gas furnace has a ecobee thermostat. I checked wiring and connections found loose. I reconnected wires and cut the unit on.It than proceeded to give me 6 flashes error code "line and neutral reversed" I switch the lines around and got nothing I checked for voltage and found present but hear was not kicking on. The client advised!e that she has for her kitchen done and the furnace is in the closet in the kitchen and that alot of work was done, The HVAC unit was messed around with by different people. I could not figure out the problem I do recommend a second eye to further diagnose it. The office will need to contact client to receive second opinion. Recommended second opinion from another tech from VITO. Collected $120.00 10/25/2024 Arrived today and fixed all wiring. Some wiring from the high voltage side was mixed up before upon our arrival. we adjusted it and checked

customer installed new thermostat and shorted out fuse on control board. I replaced and customer advised they would like system maintenance I cleaned flame sensor and checked ignitor 48 ohms. I checked amps on all major components and motors. I checked all safeties switches. temp rise is 128 supply and 68 return. I completed combustion analysis on system 92.4 stack temp. 11.9 oxygen, 50 ppm.20x30x1 filter is clean.

The client has decided to replace the blower module and add an air scrubber. The blower motor was ordered and I scheduled to come back and finish it on Thursday the 24th . Blower motor $2400.00 Air scrubber $1000.00 I will collect downpayment $1700.00 today and I will collect the remaining balance of $1700 when work is done.

FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT. (8YEAR OLD HEAT PUMP) I checked indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. I checked airnite UV light working properly as of now. I checked 10kw electrical element and found okay amping at 20amps. I checked all wiring and connections found okay all limits all safetys found functioning properly as of now. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked evap coil and found clean. I checked and replaced the filter with one costumer provided. I checked water heater for any leaks and found none I checked #5 expansion tank on water heater and found okay. Line set on the indoor look okay. I checked outdoor unit. Outdoor temperature 65 discharge temperature 58. I checked disconnect fuse found okay. Disconnect box has a surge protector on it. I checked condenser coil and found clean. I did notice that the condenser fan motor is rusted but pulling .56amps. I checked compressor amps reading 4.51. I checked the 35/5mfd

ERROR CODE ON THERMOSTAT 21GAS HEATING LOCKOUT. I came down to the furnace in the basement and reset the board. I let the unit run. The inducer came on, the igniter came on the gas valve opened and flames came on. I checked the flame sensor and found dirty. I cleaned it. I checked ignitor and found brittle. I checked gas valves found okay and no leaks. For now the unit is running with a good temperature rise. Recommendations: Replace flame sensor $480.00 Replace ignitor $450.00 The client will like to talk to her husband about moving forward and they will contact us back. Today the charge will be $150.00 for the minor repair.

Low Wate Pressure, May Have Water Filtration Issues: arrived at the job site and spoke with Kelly's husband... he explained the issues they been having since the moved in the house. but it got worst when they added a pump for the sprinkler system the water pressure got lower. I check the shower the hose bib the bathroom sink and they all had low water pressure. when I started to open the PRV that's when the water pressure went up by 20 psi. my recommendation is to replace it so they won't have that issue again or anytime soon. Arrived on site for heating maintenance on the boiler. Cleaned the burner assembly as thoroughly as possible. Noted that burner ports are rusted and cannot be removed individually. Identified that the boiler is a standing pilot model lacking roll-out safety and draft hood safety. Observed that the boiler is venting into an unlined chimney. Recommended replacement of the boiler for improved efficiency and safety. Checked boiler pressure, which is already high. Found one radiator lacking proper water flow. Acknowledged the boiler's age, approximately 60 years, and the risk of water dumping if additional water is added. Noted that the circulator pump is not operating, affecting water movement. Confirmed that the boiler is currently heating but should be replaced for optimal performance.

Condensate Line Leaking in Ceiling: found existing PVC drain line in lower knee wall attic space separated letting condensation water to drain on ceiling and wall also found that the existing PVC drain line was glued with C- PVC glue that's not compatible with PVC pipe and fittings cleaned and sanded existing PVC pipe used new PVC pipe and fittings to reconnect drain line also blew out existing lower drain line and adjusted pitch for proper drainage drain line flowing properly now

09/05/2024 recovered all old refrigerant and removed all old equipment and set and installed all new equipment and tied everything back in and fired up equipment and checked for proper operation and installed new thermostat

08/27/2024 customer notified that they was having a sewer smell coming from the apartment in the bathroom. once on site I immediately began to smell the odor as I walk through the customer door. upon investigation I observed it coming from under the bathroom sink . i disassembled the sinks p trap and seen that it had a lot of debris and gunk around the edges of the pipe going inside of the wall. I then went a got some disinfecting spray to clean out the pipe and the p trap the best I came. the disinfecting spray eliminated the odor but it was still lingering around. I then installed a new pop out assembly just in case that the old pop out assembly was carrying the odor and contaminates. I did recommend to the customer if this issue reoccurred that they can pour white vinegar and baking soda down the drain to try to clear out out any debris or gunk that's inside. clean up work and left job site.
