spring maintenance on 2001 Bryant ac got a outdoor temp of 52 and indoor temp of 45 checked fan and compressor it's reading with range in checked capacitor and it's reading within range I made it my recommendations to get coil cleaned as it had dirt and stains. I checked contactor and it has 24 v. checked all wired for any obstructions and found none. at this time unit is running but would need to get coils cleaned. 2nd unit 2024 Rheem checked contactor and it had 24 v I checked the capacitor and it's very new and working fine. checked wires for any obstructions and found none. fan motor running good and compressor is reading within amps. at this time customer would like to wait until summer to decide on my recommendations. for any questions or concerns feel free to contact us thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES.
Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water pressure in home is 70psig. Water Heater is 16y/o. Flushed water heater in effort to remove sediment buildup and minimize calcification buildup in tank. Heavy buildup removed from tank today. Flushed directly into sump pump pit. Sump Pump is fully operational. Unplugged primary pump and Battery Backup operates perfectly also. Plugged primary pump in and allowed water heater to continue flushing. 2 sections of copper piping requires replacement due to electrolysis damage to piping will soon produce pinhole leaks in basement utility room. Outside irrigation has been vacated and isolated. Dual Check on Sprinkler System was last replaced in 1994. Made customer aware this item requires replacement every 5yrs per code and he is at high risk of stagnant sprinkler system water mixing with potable water in home. Expansion Tank bladder is ruptured. Laundry area is good. Basement bathroom is fully operational with no leaks present. P
Returned and installed both pressure switch and control board installed. after installing parts cycle system several times. at this time system is fully operational.
Unit Cuts On and Off: upon arrival customer concerns system is having same issues. Engaged heat and went to furnace and found system is starting up but then stopped before ignition. Then gave error code the pressure switch is opening. Tested pressure switch and found it is working properly. Amped inducer motor and found system is amping correctly. Cycled system again and system stopped after ignition with same error code. Indicating board is malfunctioning. Need to order board and pressure switch. Collected $250 by check and will return to install part when when they come in. System is partially working at this time. System is under warranty.
Upon arrival customer concerns system is short cycling. Turned heat up and observed sequence of operations. Found system is making a full cycle with no issues. Checked temp rise 60 degrees, amped motors and found no issues with the system at this time. Informed customer of findings and recommended keeping an eye on the system to see if it happens again. Final cycled system at this time system is fully operational. System is a 3yr old Air temp system. Collected dispatch fee ($120) via check.
Back Flow Prevention Testing: tested sn 106202 0703 and it passed. I rebuilt it in 2022
arrive. Noone on site. rescedual. found that owner was home- turned back around. I stalled zone board zone operations normal boiler operating. owner refuse payment. Will pay when speak to office. old board only laster 2 years.
arrived. tested system at each zone. zone zone calling light come on but boiler will turn on and heat. no relay opens to send power to circulator pump. need to replace zone board need order and replace zone board

Install New Hot Water Heater: 06/06/2024 Arrived on site and greeted. customer outside. He lead us downstairs to where the water heater is and there were chimney guys downstairs working on the liner. we started draining the water heater down and prepping the new one outside. after the water heater was done draining we took it outside and brought the new one inside and piped it in. after that we had to wait for the chimney Guys to connect the flue pipe to the heater. After they were done with that we turned it on and checked for leaks. Thank you for choosing vito
