Clogged Toilet: customer notified us that their toilet in the ware house was backing up. upon arrival someone from the office walked me to the warehouse area where the toilet was located. once the toilet was in site I then flush the toilet multiple times. no back up occured. went out the women's and mends restroom located on the outside hallway of the warehouse. flushed all 6 toilets no backs occured. advised the customer that blockage cleared itself but I can still run about 75ft of cable down the line to insure all debri or foreign objects are clear from the drain. customer agreed to snake line. setup equipment and removed toilet. started snaking line. I approximately ran 75ft of cable down the drain using 5 cables. ran the 1500 forward and backwards multiple times just to insure the line was clear. pulled cable back, reset toilet and tested. flashed the toilet about 3 times. no leaks or no backs up. Clean work area ,packed up equipment and left job site. Thanks for choosing Vito !
Return To Install Light Socket: Returned to call to replace light fixture. after fixing confirmed operations.
Performed maintenance on a 2019 90% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found system in good standing. UV light is bright and working. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Recommended added humidifier to home to help with humidity in the winter months.
Call to do maintenance on 2 systems one from 2007 90% Furnace/AC and 2018 90% Furnace/AC. performed maintenance on new system first. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found all components working but found blower is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Checked older system next very thoroughly. Found blower is dirty as well. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Changed out both filters and checked both humidifiers. At this time systems are operational. During maintenance broke bulb in room and messed up light fixture while customer was present. Need to get replacement light fixture customer want to replace light fixture before paying for contract.
I serviced one carrier heat pump. blower wheel is dirty. filter has been replaced. I cleaned drain line and tested safety. return 73 supply 117. heater kit amps 20.07. blower amps 1.3. I recommend surge protector ($189) x13 motor. I tested defrost controls and checked contactor and capacitor 45/5 reading 43/4.95. I checked 410 pressure ok at this time and coils are clean. I also checked continuity on fuses. system is heating eat this time.
FALL CHECK ON ONE 2013 CARRIER HEAT PUMP. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked all wirings all connections found okay. All limits and safetys found okay. I checked evap coil and found clean. i checked the UV light found working. I checked Temperature rise found within recommendation. I checked electrical heater element found okay. I checked outdoor condenser coil and found okay. I checked contactor was replaced last year. I checked 45/5 Capacitor found okay was replaced last year with a hard start kit. I checked outdoor temperature and discharge temperature liquid line temperature suction line temperature ok. This unit is running and heating as of now. I did notice that at the outdoor unit disconnect box there is no surge protector. The unit is exposed to any high voltage power surges as of now. FALL CHECK UP ON ONE UNIT HEAT PUMP FROM 2022 I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. I checked filter and found okay for now. I checked the humidifier and humidifier panel and found okay. I checked EVAP coil found okay. I checked all wirings and connections all limits and safetys found okay as of now. I checked blower amps and found within specs. The blower motor is a variable speed motor that is currently exposed to any high voltage power surges that can lead to major and expensive damage to components. I checked Condensate line found okay. I checked the operation and function of entire unit and found working good and efficiently. I got a return air temperature of 65 and a supply air temperature of 125. I will advise client of findings, I will upload all pictures up to XOI. Recommendation: Add a surge protector to the variable speed motor $299.00 As of right now the ECM motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges. Thank

arrived on site to replace a water in the ceiling of the janitorial closet, took out the ceiling tiles and had some trouble fitting the lift in the closet, eventually managed to get the old heater out and eventually got the new one in, hooked up the hot and cold and electrical, no leaks, water heater started heating slowly, cleaned up work area and left
Commercial Plumber, 2nd Floor Kitchen Sink Backed Up: arrived on site for a customer who has a leaking faucet customer showed me area of concern and said they notice on the fuacet water starts to leak out from the connection from the faucet and spray down hose and he turned off hot side fuacet and angle stop started leaking told customer he can call Kohler to get a new fuacet from warranty since normally that part never leaks but today customer signed up again for vip plans and a new a angle stop started by shutting water off to house and let house drained once drained removed supply lines and unthreaded old angle stop and removed and placed new angel stop in place and tighten and turned water on and tested for leaks and as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note:40 day warranty on angel stop

I checked the ecm indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none I did notice that the blower motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges by not containing a surge protector on it. I checked blower amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked inducer motor and found within specs. I checked the flame sensor and cleaned it off today. I checked the igniter reading 55ohms. I checked all limits and safety and all wirings and connections found okay. I checked and cleaned burners and heat exchanger. I checked the temperature rise and I got a return air temperature of 72 and a supply air temperature of 123. I checked humidifier found okay. I detected a fungle growth cultivating within the unit near the humidifier and near the coils and the the wirings of the blower motor. As of now the unit is running and

This unit has an ECM motor but no surge protector. I checked all wirings and connections found okay I checked all limits and saftys found ok. AUX heat working fine. I got a return air temperature of 72 and a supply air temperature of 112. I checked outdoor condenser coil and found okay this unit carries a inverter. I checked all amps found within specs outdoor temperature 54 discharge temp 44. This unit is running and heating efficiently as needed. After today's visit I will advise the client of the recommendation to add a surge protector to the unit. $309.00 The client has decided to not do any additional work as of now. Men's Locker Room Single Stall Backed Up: Arrived at location. Inspected the toilet. Saw the toilet was clogged. Proceeded to remove the water and turn the toilet off. Removed Toilet and Used the 1500 to snake the line. Snakes the line and unclogged the toilet. Cleaned the Area and put new wax ring and put the toilet back. Added fresh Calking and cleaned up.

Pipe Leaking In Ceiling: arrived on site to look at a leak in the ceiling, leak is coming from a water heater in the ceiling of a janitorial closet, bottom of the heater is completely rusted out and pan is full of water and cracked causing leaks, talked to customer and recommended getting the whole heater replaced, customer agreed, customer requested the heater be shutoff to prevent more leaks in the mean time, shut off electrical and water supply to heater, customer wants a quote to replace heater, cleaned up work area and left
Commercial Water Heater Flush: arrived on site to do preventative maintenance on a water heater for the old deli on the 1st floor, made sure water and electrical were off, drained the heater, had to fight with sediment for a few attempts before it would drain, got heater to drain with a pump, checked the elements while it was draining, elements are getting old but still in good condition, once drained the heater went to fill it back up and was not getting any water, valve to control water supply has gone bad and needs replacement, cleaned up work area and left

09/11/2024 arrived on site to look at a mop sink faucet that won't fully turn off, seems to be a stem issue on the hot side, no nearby shutoff valves anywhere near faucet so building shutdown and drain is in order, customer wants entire faucet replaced, will need to return early tomorrow morning to replace it, no repairs done until then, cleaned up work area and left 09/12/2024 arrived back on site early in the morning to start on replacing the faucet, shut down the building and started draining the line, took apart the old faucet and replaced it with a new one, once tightened restored water and tested for leaks, no leaks or issues found, cleaned up work area and left
08/29/2024 arrived on site to look at a 1-1/2 CI drain line that was cracked and leaking in the ceiling of a 2nd floor room, put plastic down on the floor and took apart the old pipe, replaced it with new, bigger 2 inch pipe for better drainage, tightened all fittings and tested new pipe, no leaks, cleaned up work area and left

08/26/2024 AC RUNNING NONSTOP I arrived today to address costumers concerns , I called for cooling at thermostat and only the indoor fan came on. I checked my temperatures and got no reading. I went to outdoor unit and heard only the fan spinning. I cut the power and found some burnt wires at the capacitor. I repaired wires and replaced capacitor and compressor and fan both came on. The unit start running and cooling. While inspecting unit I noticed an excessive amount of fungal growth cultivating within the unit. I showed costumer and recommended air scrubber. She agreed to recommendations today. I checked operation of full system I got a return air temperature of 80 and a supply air temperature of 61.
