Norvitz 7yr old Tankless Water Heater is giving Error code 51, indicating an issue with the Gas Manifold and possibly a leak onto Manifold inside unit. Shutdown gas supply to unit. Disconnected electrical supply to unit. Removed cover and viewed puddle forming inside. No water has leaked onto floor yet. Felt around solenoids and all are wet. Made customer aware I need to contact Tech Support. Spoke to Tech Support briefly and they confirmed findings per technician report from yesterday. Customer had another company out yesterday and assessed system. Customer wanted a 2nd opinion after yesterday's visit. Manufacturer made me aware they have already sent parts required for repair to prior company (Heat Exchanger, blower, gas manifold etc.) Returned inside and reassembled system. Spoke to customers briefly and recommended regular service of system after repairs are made. Customer would like us to perform repairs if prior company is unsuccessful. Bypass Filter Under Sink: arrived athe job site. the young lady at the front desk explained to me what it needed to be done it was eliminating a filter from under the sink and re connect the water back since all the coffee machine have their own filter... after I was done I called Ted all my tools and clean my work area. Low Water Pressure: Worked my way back from the furthest away affected unit (water dispenser) on past the coffee machine which attaches to the same line finding low pressure all the way until the filter under the sink which is receiving normal pressure. Since both the coffee machine and the water dispenser have their own filters the property manager wants to eliminate the under the sink filter. The line is 1/4" plastic that needs to go into a metal angle stop. Someone from our company hopefully can come Monday to perform this task. There is enough line to do it.

arrived on site to disconnect kitchen faucet and plumbing once on site contact showed me area of concern and said they need all the plumbing discounted from on top and under the kitchen since the countertop will need to be removed started by testing if angle stop turn and cold and cold didn't hold shut off water to house and drained while draining took apart p trap, disconnected supply line from angle stops unmounted dispaol,kitchen faucet,soap dispenser,and ro spout, disconnected dishwasher supply and drain while water was off disconnected old angel stop and placed new one in place and tighten when turning water on and tested for leaks hot side valve started leaking thru shut water off again and drained and disconnected old dual angel stop and placed new one and tighten new turned water back on and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

Examined area of concern by customer. Customer states toilet is leaking. Viewed bowl under toilet and immediately viewed deep crack through tank from handle to bottom area of tank. Customer turned water on and immediately viewed leak producing through crack in tank. Made customer aware toilet requires replacement. Gave customer various options for his approval. Customer will research and contact us back for installation of new toilet, supplied by us or customer supplied. Thank you for choosing Vito!

Bathroom Shower Drain Backed Up: arrived on site for a clogged shower customer showed me area of concern and said they notice a leak in there kitchen celling customer already had a handy man out and recaulked and resealed there shower when he tested it again he still notice moisture. looked upstairs and notice customer has a no caulk shower drain looked and notice the metal key to turn the shower drain is rusted also notice around the edge dry plumbers putty explained to customer most likely the putting under the drain cover drained out and it's allowing water to flow thru recommend customer for us to removed drain cover and reseal and set back in place let customer know since seeing that the metal key itself is rusted the chance of it breaking are high. customer agreed with my flat head tried to removed drain but metal key snapped showed customer and said he will go buy it and have us return to reseal it thank you for choosing Vito. arrived back on site customer order tool for no

09/01/2024 arrived on site for a customer who has no hot water for 2 days took a look and notice the heater qouted customer to trouble shoot heater and customer agreed notice power wasn't on after confirmed there is gas on the heater tested power outlet and had no power going to the outlet check braker panel and didn't found no issues in the braker. tested other outlets that have power we plugged heater and recirculating pump to a different outlet with a extended corded and now water heater has power and heater kicked on told customer give heater 40mins up to a 1hr so water can heat up and recommend having outlet replace water was starting to heat as of ticket completion thank you for choosing Vito.
