arrived on site. once inside of the building I went to the utility closet where the water heater water was located. the power and the gas was already turned off by me from the last visit. unscrewed the combustion door and started to disassemble the out assembly. once disassemble the whole pilot assembly. I installed the new pilot in the chamber. unhooked all the wires that was connected to the gas control valve. pulled the pressure release valve and quickly unscrewed the gas control valve and screwed the new In..once the gas control valve was fully tightened I started plug in all the wires back to the control valve. once the control valve was fully put back together I then screwed the combustion door back on to test for functionality. turn on power And gas to the heater. the water heater gas valve opened and allowed a flame to ignite the pilot bus unfortunately the flame would go out within 10-15 secs after being lit. I plugged and turned off the water heater multiple times but unfortu
customer advised that their hot wasn't wasnt working. the customer provided a code to enter the building. once inside of the building their was a bathroom and also multiple classrooms.inwent into the first bathroom I seen and ran the hot side. unfortunately no water came out indicating that the valve is closed. walked around the building to fine out where the utility closet was to locate the water heater. once I located the water heater It came to my attention that all the valves were in the off position. I called the customer to see why was the hot side valves where turned off. the customer indicated that their was a fire sprinkler leak and that they needed to turn the water off. I advised the customer that they can turn the valves back on to receive hot water. once water was turned back on I noticed that one of the water heaters wasnt igniting. I tried to reset the heater by unplugging and waiting a couple sec and then plugging it back up. unfortunately I can hear the gas valve click
Repair Leaking and Corroded Main Waterline: Arrived at location. Was advised the ball valve that shuts down the unit 14895 and goes right to the other units. Proceeded to shut off at the main water meter into the building. Started draining the whole building. Tried to drain the whole building but couldn't go to other units due to the fact the maintenance didn't have access to them, so we drained it from Unit 14895. Cut off a piece but water kept draining out from the line, seems like main water meter wasn't holding. Proceeded to go on the other side and noticed the hanger was corroded and if cut the main pipe would've fell, lucky the pipe was being held by the dry wall. Installed new ball valve with coupling, turned water back on and checked for leaks. No leaks at this moment, cleaned up our area and left.
Heat Not Working: Upon arrival customer concerns no heat. went to system and found gas valve off. flipped on and cycled system at this time system is fully operational. Waived dispatch fee because of warranty and customer was inconvenienced since we were suppose to come out early.
arrived on site to address a toilet that was having issues flushing, toilet flush valve was covered in gauze because the bathroom was used for drug screening, toilet cannot be flushed by patients, once gauze was off the toilet was functioning properly, customer is curious about finding a flush valve that has some sort of lock or authorization system, will contact supervisor once a valve is found, cleaned up work area and left
