Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Main service valve and water heater are located in balcony closet. Ventilation to direct vent water heater is secured. Mixing valve is operational. Flushed water heater in effort to remove sediment buildup and minimize calcification buildup in tank. Water pressure in home fluctuates between 37-43psig. There is no PRV present on main service line. Building may require a Pressure Booster Pump. Forwarding form for Comfort Advisor involvement. Kitchen area is in good condition. Disposal is fully operational. Both bathrooms are in good condition. Performed Water Quality test in kitchen. Chlorine levels are excessively high with a reading above 11ppm. Hardness levels are Moderately Hard with a reading of 5GPG. Formulated options for customer approval to combat the water quality of water supply to unit. Customer will communicate with property regarding finding and get back to us. Other than identified concerns, home is in good plumbing
