Connor was very nice and professional; however the pricing jumped significantly from invoice to final payment and didn't even solve the problem. The main issue, a toilet that wouldnt flush all the way, is still experiencing the same issue even after wasting $600 on the "repair" of the system. Furthermore, a new system would have only cost $200 more (and at least fixed the problem!!)

Arrived onsite, customer had 3 areas of concern. 2nd floor toilet not flushing well - he was needing to hold down trip lever in order to get a good flush. Under kitchen sink, ice maker supply valve showing signs of wear. Lastly, outdoor water heater showing 6-1 soft lockout error code. Started by replacing the fill valve in toilet tank. Could not disconnect existing supply tube from Aquapiston so I needed to replace Aquapiston mechanism as well. Also replaced toilet handle because existing one was showing signs of wear. Flushed toilet to check for proper operation. It flushes better but I advised customer that he will most likely need to replace the toilet because the jets on the underside of the bowl are clogged. Next, turned water off to home. Disconnected ice maker supply line and then removed existing straight stop valve. Installed new valve and reconnected supply line. Turned water back on and checked for leaks. Lastly, unplugged outside power vent water heater and turned off gas

Arrived on-site for a warranty call regarding a faulty Kohler cartridge. Began by shutting off the water supply to the house and draining the system. Once fully drained, removed the shower handle and trim, then removed the bonnet nut and the defective cartridge. Cleaned the inside of the valve body, applied plumber’s grease to the new cartridge, and installed it securely. Turned the water back on and tested the shower for proper operation. No leaks were found. Cleaned up the work area and removed all work-related materials. Thank you for choosing Vito.

Check for noise coming from system in crawl space system has three zone dampers when only one zone is calling a slight whistling noise appears system is operating properly and trying to push max air flow through one zone bypass damper does open to relieve some air pressure when two zones are calling the noise fades

HVAC PARTS REPLACEMENT: Arrived onsite, removed existing p-trap in master bathroom on right hand side (facing vanity). Removed existing clicker drain next. Cleaned sink area where drain has been. Applied plumbers putty to underside on new clicker drain flange. Placed into sink and tightened nut from down below. Threaded tailpiece into flange assembly. Reconnected p-trap and tightened both nuts. Installed stopper. Ran faucet to check for leaks. Pushed down stopper and ran faucet to check for proper operation. Made sure water level in sink held steady before releasing stopper. Cleaned up and removed all job related debris.

Arrived on-site for scheduled plumbing maintenance. Began by flushing the water heater. While performing the flush, I inspected all plumbing fixtures throughout the home. The customer brought to my attention two toilets she was having issues with. After completing the inspection of the rest of the house and finding other concerns, I addressed the toilet issues. Hallway Bathroom: The customer mentioned that the toilet takes a long time to fill. Upon inspection, I found it to be an older American Standard toilet with a faulty fill valve and a worn-out flapper. I recommended either a full toilet rebuild or replacement. Given that her husband has knee problems, I suggested the Highline® Comfort Height® toilet for its taller design, which makes sitting and standing easier and more comfortable. With this option we will Turn off the water to your house Drain the house down from fixtures Cut the wall around the shower valve to gain better access to the pipes Cut into the copper lines going to the shower and put in two half inch ball valves for isolation Turn water back onto the home and test for leaks Arrived on site and met with customer he led me downstairs where the shower valve was. Turned water to the home off and cut into the old shower valve pipe. Tried my best to leave enough room for future shower valve install so the next person to come out dosent need to cut out the ball valves and shut off the water to the whole house. Pro pressed everything in place and turned water back off to the home leaving the isolation valves for the shower off. Turned isolation valves on and aired out the system. Noticed there was a leak coming from a pro press 90 and cut it out and replaced it with a new one. Turned water back on and tested for leaks and found none. Showed custom

Blower capacitor, dual capacitor, clean the coil, Contactor For this job they were no ac. I did tested the thermostat operations. Inspected equipment cabinets, wiring, and electrical connections. Washed and installed back the air filter. The condensate pump is working fine. Checked Contactor and that was crusty residue leaks, I replaced it. Capacitor was also reading below the normal and I did replace it. Fan motor is making a big noise, customer needs to replace it. I also installed surge protector. I need to reschedule for the install of the EZ Trap. I also cleaned the outdoor coils. Reassembled and confirmed operations. System operations are operating properly at this time. Recommendation: Need to replace outdoor fan motor. Or replace a outdoor unit Or replace a new unit because of the age no warranty and the system is using R22. Office need to call customer to collect the money.

Arrived on site and met with customer she took me around the house and showed me a leak at the kitchen hose. A couple of leaking faucets and her dripping shower. Gave customer a estimate on replacing the shower valve since I wasn't confident that replacing the cartridges would be the best bet since it was such a old shower valve. Took apart the kitchen spray hose and put in a new one but it dosent fit correctly in the faucet slot. Informed customer that I would get with our parts manager to find the right hose size so it would fit but if he can't find it I would just replace the kitchen faucet. Arrived on site and met customer at the door. Turned off water to the house and drained down the sprinkler system with a hose. After system was fully drained I took apart the 1"" check valve first and stuck my screw driver in to drain the residual water stuck above it. Took check valve out and then I took apart the 2"" check valve taped and doped the nipples and screwed the 2"" check valve on and tightened it down with a pipe wrench. While I was waiting on the other check valve I put in the new shower cartridge upstairs and put it back together and siliconed around it went downstairs and installed the 1"" check valve and turned the water on testing for leaks and found none. Cleaned up work area in the bathroom upstairs and the downstairs water main room and showed the customer what I did 30 day warranty on the cartridge 90 day warranty on the check valves Thank you for choosing vito

Performed scheduled heat maintenance on a 2024 80% AFUE gas-fired furnace. Initiated and observed full sequence of operation, including thermostat call for heat, inducer motor startup, pressure switch closure, ignition sequence, burner ignition, flame sensor verification, and blower motor operation. Verified proper operation of all safety and control components, including the pressure switch, high limit switch, rollout switches, flame sensor, and gas valve. Combustion chamber, burners, flame sensor, and blower assembly were inspected and found clean with no signs of wear or damage. Measured temperature rise across the heat exchanger at 54°F, within the manufacturer’s specified range. No error codes present on control board and no abnormal sounds or odors detected. System was cycled multiple times to confirm consistent and stable operation. At the time of service, the system is fully operational and performing within expected parameters. Examined area of concern by customer. Customer directed me to side of home to view an aged hose Bibb with a broken hose connected to it. Customer explained what appears to be hose stuck on hose Bibb. Water system to home is currently shutdown. Ground in area is heavily saturated as if an underground line is broken. Customer states “even when handle is turned off, water still produces”. Gave customer investment option to replace hose bibb. Customer just wants hose removed from bibb. Gave customer investment option of 166 to remove hose from bibb. Customer requested to use my tools and do it himself. I declined customer request. I began inquiring with customer about saturation in yard between his and neighbor house. Customer states he has an irrigation system. I went inside home to view irrigation line. There is no submeter inside home. Irrigation system is “Make-shift” at best. With this option we will snake the upstairs sink to clear it of any debris Arrived on site and met with customer he showed us to a loose faucet and a clogged faucet upstairs gave him the price to clear the faucet and he agreed. Snaked the line and got back hair and grease. Ran water for 5 minutes after to make sure it was draining fine and I went under the sink to make sure none of the connections were leaking. However, the condenser unit could not be accessed during this visit, preventing a full inspection and maintenance of the AC system. Upon arrival, the customer expressed concerns that the system was not cooling. After turning on the unit and inspecting it, I found that the high voltage wire at the union inside the condenser was damaged. I informed the customer of the issue and recommended cutting, stripping, and reconnecting the wires. The customer approved the repair, and after completing the work, I tested the system again. The AC system, which is only three years old, went through a full cycle without any issues, and at this time, the system is operating fully and efficiently. Arrived on site for a customer reporting a slow-draining sink and a leaking sink in the basement. The customer was not home but had left the key under the mat. I found the key and let myself in. Started by inspecting the slow-draining sink. Ran water in the lavatory sink, and it backed up immediately. Proceeded to the basement to investigate the reported leak. Inspected the basement bathroom and ran water in the sink for 5 minutes—no leaks were observed. Also ran water in the laundry sink for 5 minutes and found no leaks there either. Called the homeowner to explain my findings. Presented an investment option to snake the upstairs sink drain, and the customer agreed. He mentioned he would be teaching a class and might not be able to answer if I call back. He asked that I send the payment link to his email and phone number. I confirmed that was no problem.
