With this option, we will rebuild existing AXOR Hansgrohe widespread lavy faucet with new Ultraglide cartridges in hot and cold handle assemblies. There will be a 90day warranty on today's repairs. Arrived. AXOR Hansgrohe faucet is leaking. Spoke to customer and viewed new faucet he has purchased in case existing cannot be repaired..made customer aware I have Ultraglide cartridges for this specific faucet in stock. Went to truck and acquired materials and returned inside. Removed each handle assembly and removed existing cartridges from both. Secured new Hot & Cold Ultraglide cartridges in assemblies and reset handles. Engaged water supply from stops undersink and tested for proper functionality. There are no further drips from fixture. Customer tested area and is satisfied with results. Made customer aware he can return new faucet. Gathered tools and trash from site. Thank you for choosing Vito!

Leaking Pipe ... going back next week at customer's request

During today’s scheduled maintenance check, a leaking shower was identified. Upon inspection, the issue was traced to a failed Moen 225 cartridge. The customer was presented with the repair investment option and agreed to proceed with the work. Steps Completed: Shut off water supply to the house and drained the system. Removed shower trim and handle assembly. Extracted the locking pin and removed the defective Moen 225 cartridge. Lubricated and installed a new Moen 225 cartridge. Reinstalled the locking pin, handle, and trim. Restored water supply and tested the shower for leaks. Results: System was tested thoroughly. As of ticket completion, no leaks were observed. The work area was cleaned and all materials were properly disposed of. Note: work warranty for 30 days

Arrived on site to install new sump pump lid after getting the right lid undid pipe work and placed new lid in place then drilled hole thru the concrete and drilled and secured lid in place then reconnected drain pipe and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.

Inserted camera through drain of 1st floor toilet. Shallow slope in footprint of home noted. Drain slopes from front of house toward street. Grade is maintained until approximately 25 feet from curb, at which point drain is back graded. Camera stopped about 15 feet from edge of street.

Arrived. Customer concerned about water leaking through kitchen ceiling from bathroom above. Documented ceiling and proceeded with Leak Search to upper floor bedroom bathroom directly above kitchen. Housekeeper directed me to widespread faucet that has been shutdown since my prior visit. I asked if anyone has used faucet and housekeeper responded No. At that point I went back into Leak Search. From water marks on ceiling below, leak appears to be coming from shower or toilet area. Flushed toilet numerous times to ensure wax seal wasn't compromised underneath toilet. Noticed puddle on floor along baseboards behind toilet and bidet. Operated bidet and turned diverter from sprayer to bowl and leak produced immediately from flex supply going under bidet to sprayer. Shutdown water supply to fixture and going to communicate with Homeowner. Was unable to reach Mr. Lecher after multiple attempts. I will close today's visit with only Minimal Leak Search and provide estimate to rebuild existing

I arrived at my customer home for system leaking water I did a full system check and found unit iced up after defrost water runs out on the floor I defrost the system check the pressure and found the system very low on refrigerant I recommend finding the leak fixing it and recharge assistant or a replacement off the full system due to age I provided recommendation for fixing the system and replacement customer will review proposal system working at this time

HVAC Spring Check: I arrived at my customer home for two system AC maintenance outdoor temperature is 70+ degrees customer like her thermostat set between 75/80 degrees in the home customer provided all air filters I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees below the room temperature in AC mode I flushed both drain pipe and pump check all amps and components indoor and outdoor both systems working at this time. I recommend a replacement of both systems due to age and performance

Arrived. Customer states shower in pool house is inoperable. Made customer aware I sent him a proposal yesterday upon completion of tasks to let him know the shower was inoperable upon repressuring water supply to pool house. Customer pulled estimate up on phone and approved work described to be performed today. Customer made me aware his kitchen faucet was inoperable also. Kitchen faucet had flow yesterday. Today water just trickles out of spout. Made customer aware faucet appears to require a new aerator. If assessment is correct, this repair will be performed at no cost to customer. Customer agreed. Removed 1700 series Delta cartridge from shower system and removed pressure balancing unit inside shower valve. Inserted new pressure balancing unit and set new cartridge. I arrived at my customer home for a three systems AC maintenance outdoor temperature is 80+ degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home customer provided all air filters I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees below the room temperature in AC mode I check all amps and components indoor and outdoor All system working at this time

With this option, we will re-install existing water heater and install new expansion tank. After installation, will check pool house for leaks prior to departure: Arrived. Customer would like existing water heater reinstalled in identical position as prior. Made customer aware I will have to install new expansion tank due to freezing temperatures causing last tank to rupture. Formulated options for customer approval today. Customer signed off on estimate and approved scope of repairs today. Removed existing HVAC system flue up to Bvent. Set water heater in pan and shimmied past gas supply to set in proper positioning. With water heater set, set new fittings to secure water heater in place. Secured new fittings to new and existing piping in area. Prepped new expansion tank and secured bracket to anchors in wall. Set new piping and fittings going to expansion tank and secured. Secured gas supply and engaged gas supply. Left area and returned to bubble test union. No smell of gas in area

Arrived on site for a customer with a leaking tub. The customer showed me the area of concern — water was continuing to come from the tub spout even after it was shut off. I confirmed the issue was due to a faulty Moen cartridge. I presented the customer with investment options, and today they opted to replace the cartridge only. I began by shutting off the water supply to the house and draining the lines. Once drained, I removed the shower handle and trim, then removed the retaining clip for the Moen cartridge. Using a cartridge puller, I removed the old cartridge. I then cleaned the inside of the valve, applied plumber’s grease to the new cartridge, installed it, and reinserted the retaining clip. After turning the water supply back on, I tested for leaks. At the time of ticket completion, no leaks were found. Arrived for 6 zone ac maintenance. 2x furnace ac. 4 heat pump air handler. Basement furnace 1: Bigger unit. Noticed some gas piped turned but no gas leak detected. Filter did not need to be replaced at this time. temp split 20⁰. Blower wheel and housing is good at this time. Ac unit outside pressure are good. Voltages and amps are good. Contactor and capacitor are within specifications. Basement furnace 2: Noticeable buzzing from unit. When I moved wires to uv light. I noticed the buzzing change. I rewired the uv light to the fan and tested. Buzzing stopped. Uv light should have dedicated transformer. Buzzing sis stop when I rewired uv light. Ac unit it is clean, voltages and amps are good at this time. Capacitor and contactor are within specifications. *air handler attic far room. Bees in attic. Could not find hive but I still preformed maintenance. Dead squirrel in attic touching power wire. Owner called pest control. Checked unit temp split to be good and unit evaporator coil

Arrived. Customer has 2 drain concerns in upstairs master bedroom bathroom shower and lavy. Inspected drains and used hand snake to break up scaling in shower drain. Ran water through drainline to ensure flow restoration. Flow is restored in area at this time. In sink, reconnected stopper to control arm. Lavy sink is flowing freely. Toilet flowmaster adjust, adjusted toilet flushed to check

Arrived for cooling maintenance. Inspected furnace and space. Return ducts need cleaning. Large amors of heavy dust clusters in duct. Filter was replaced. Condensate pump is operating on at 5his time. Recommend keeping vinegar in the pump because it is used for furnace condensate and ac. Blower wheel and housing are dirty. Should have cleaning. Heavy blower wheel will cause unit blower to go out faster. Condensate tubing is good at this time. Inspected evaporator coil and found coil is in good condition. No rusting all aluminum coil. Found 2 gas leaks. Made repairs to both gas leak and test. After i returned gas i was unable to get water heater replaced light. I never noticed a spark from the water heater. I bleed the gas line tested again and no spark. Informed my supervisor of what's happing. I was informed to light it with a lighter and inform owner. Burner assemble is on a start bit that I do not have at this time. Who ever installed water heater needs to inspected it's gas valv

Arrived on site for a customer who reported a leak behind the shower. The customer showed me the area of concern and mentioned that when the shower is in use, water begins to leak from the showerhead. Removed the access panel and turned on the showerhead. Found the leak originating from the diverter stem. Presented the customer with investment options to repair the shower valve, and the customer agreed to proceed. Shut off the water using the shut-off valve. Removed the shower handle and trim to gain access to internal components. Removed the diverter system, replaced the O-ring, seats, and springs, then reinstalled and tightened all parts. Also removed the bonnet nut and cartridge, replaced additional seats and springs, and reassembled everything. Turned the water back on and tested for leaks. Aerus Air Scrubbers Installation: I arrived today to install the second air scrubber for Mr. Joseph. This time the air scrubber was installed in the basement on the supply portion of the duct work. I sprayed anti bacterial pray all over unit and inside near insulation. Tested air scrubber and it was functioning properly at this time.
