Arrived on site met customer at the door he led me downstairs where he had a leak coming from his water main. Cut sleeve out and realized that the water break was underneath the concrete. Will have to have our comfort advisor Chris come out and give him an estimate on to run a new service line. Arrived onsite, customer's basement floor drain in front of washing machine actively backing up when running water down all drains. Advised customer that it is a main line blockage and must be cleared through a cleanout or by pulling a toilet. Found a 4" cleanout in the garden to the right of the front door. Opened plug and water was at normal level - also no garden hose in front yard so was not able to run water down line. Disconnected bidet, water supply line, and closet bolts on basement toilet. Removed water from toilet and set in nearby shower. Removed existing wax ring. Water was up to the top of flange. Ran approximately 90 feet with K-60 snake and hit blockage at 80 feet. Blockage was very difficult to clear indicating it may be roots. Pulled back snaking cables and found small roots on head. Ran water down flange and ran lavi faucet to check for proper drainage. Reset toilet and reconnected closet bolts, water supply line, and bidet. Flushed toilet multiple times to check for

I arrived at my customer home for one system, heat maintenance outdoor temperature 69° at this time customer like her thermostat set between 65 and 75° in the home. I adjust customer thermostat 5° above the room temperature and heat mode. Customer provided all air filters. I check all amps and component, indoor and outdoor outdoor fan motor overheating dual capacitor getting weak contactor. Burn pit system is low 2 pounds refrigerant possibly leak in the system. I recommend doing repair or a replacement of the full system due to agent performance. (Customer pay $244 for VITO VIP plan by phone)

Arrived onsite, customer has 3/8" gas on line that broke off in outdoor fire pit. Advised customer we do not perform this kind of work. Not sure what kind of pipe is used, pipe that sits in fire pit has multiple holes in it to ignite the fire. Bricks around pit would have to be knocked down to get to pipe to connect to.

Arrived on-site for a customer reporting a leaking sink in the green bathroom. Used the provided code to gain access to the house. Located the bathroom in question; the customer indicated that the leak occurs on the right side of the sink when the water is running. Began running water in the sink and inspected underneath. Observed water leaking through the actual crack in the vanity where the overflow tube is located. This indicates that the top part of the vanity needs to be replaced. The customer also mentioned a dripping lavatory faucet in the same bathroom. Attempted to remove the cartridge, but it was stuck in place. Arrived at my customer home for a one system heat maintenance age of equipment 2014 outdoor temperature 78° at this time customer like her thermostat set between 68 and 80° in the home. I adjust customer thermostat 5° above room temperature and heat mode. I check all Amps component indoor and outdoor electric element drawing 19.6 Amps both UV lights working blower fan Motor drawing 6.8 Amps indoor course clean outdoor course clean dual capacitor and contactor is getting weak. I recommend a replacement of both parts search protectors install on working supply temperature 130° with the coil Lennox heat pump system working properly at this time due to the age of the equipment advised customer to preparing for replacement of the system

The water heater is an 80-gallon electric unit from 2011, making it 13 years old. Completed a full inspection of the home's plumbing—no issues were found at this time. Informed the customer about the age of the water heater and provided investment options for a replacement. Arrived on site for scheduled plumbing maintenance. Began by flushing the water heater. While doing so, I inspected all plumbing throughout the house. During the flushing process, I noticed signs of wear and tear on the water heater. Additionally, I observed that there was no tag on the sprinkler check valve, which also appears to be aged. I completed a walkthrough of the home and found no other areas of concern. I brought my findings to the customer’s attention and explained the purpose of the check valve, including how it protects both the drinking water and the water heater. First, Kevin, the technician that checked my equipment was excellent. I would request him again in the future. That said, the overall experience was less than excellent. I was told the technician would arrive between 8:00 and 5:00 on July 10. The fact that you can't give a shorter arrival estimate is frustrating. At 4:00, I called the office because no technician had arrived. No one answered so I left a message. When my call was returned, I was told no one would come that day and needed to reschedule for July 11. The fact that no one proactively called me to tell me I didn't need to wait anymore on July 10 is infuriating.
