Incredible and Heartfelt Customer Service!5 stars but I'd give them 100 if I could! Vito Services was incredible — on a holiday and early in the a.m. they replaced our water heater immediately and without hesitation. Exceeded every expectation - best customer service and support ever throughout the entire process - before, during and after the install.
