Master Bedroom Tub Is Leaking: arrived on site for a leaking tub customer showed me area of concern and said he was testing to make sure everything good and when filling the tub he noticed water started leaking from the bottom asked customer if he could fill up the tub again to recreate leak and saw water coming from top of the tub shoe. used a 11/16 socket to remove tub drain anr notice it wasn't tight I loosen it pretty quick removed tub shoe and saw dried up putty cleaned up surface once cleaned used a bead of lexel on the tub and tub drained then tighten back drain once tight cleaned up remaining lexel and filled tub and ams tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.
Install Customer-Supplied Diverter: arrived on site to install final trim contractor and me arrived at the same time and door was open waited for contractor to mount shower arm bar once mounted removed rough in nipple and taped and doped new nipple and tighten in place once tight turned on shower and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito.
Local Plumber Call: arrived at the job site and spoke with Michael he told me what the wanted done... I grab all my tools and started disconnecting the sink first the taking all the valve and capping them. also disconnected the garbage disposal and took it with me since ethe home other ask me. turn off the power on the garbage disposal and dishwasher with wire nuts at the end even though I turn the power off from the electrical box. once I was done I collected all my tools and and clean up my work area. I also help him move the dishwasher from the kitchen to the living room. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING VITO

09/17/2024 I arrived at my customer home for a parts replacement I removed and replaced one compressor and contact her check all amp and component indoor and outdoor Carrier heat pump system working properly at this time
09/16/2024 arrived onsite, repaired broken toilet flange and set existing toilet. picked up material for bathroom sink drains. installed new bathroom sink drain on right-hand sink. worked on installing shower trim but difficult because we did not do the rough. talked to Rich who said he will call us back to finish. arrived back onsite for to install remaining trim customer showed me area of concern and explained what needs to be done bathroom sink needs to be piped in,supply lines tied in,shower trim installed as well builder arrived on site and showed me around as well. on the shower valve notice valve wasn't sitting right was was at a angle and recommend that they get a extension for the shower arm since it doesn't fit all the way since vlave isn't flushed with the finish tile then got to work. started by repiping left bathroom sink tried piping it going straight but notice shutter vent was in the way of the faucet connections so used a 45 to off set bottom drain then a st 45 then
09/06/2024 I arrived at my customer home for parts replacement I removed and replaced one outdoor condenser fan motor and startup outdoor compressor short cycling by overheating shut down and start up I recommend replacing compressor on the warranty AC system working at this time
09/05/2024 I arrived at my customer home for outdoor unit making noise I did a full system check and found one bad condenser fan Moto I recommend a replacement of fan motor systems age 2016 parts under warranty Will Bill customer for labor
08/17/2024 I arrived at my customer home for a replacement of the split system control board I removed and replaced the main control board check all amps and components indoor and outdoor split system working properly at this time
AC Spring Check 10 HVAC Systems I arrived at my customer home on 06/13/24 for a ten systems Ac maintenance outdoor temperature is 80 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65/80 degrees in the home I adjusted customer thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in AC mode customer provided all air filters I flush all indoor drain pipe check all amps and components indoor and outdoor ac system working properly at this time.
