arrived onsite, took measurements for wall hung toilet dimensions. picked up material. set wax ring on toilet and tightened all 4 carrier nuts with washers to secure toilet to wall. cut vacuum breaker tube to size and used spud coupling to tighten it to spud. replaced existing tailpiece O-ring. reconnected flushometer, turned water on at stop, and flushed multiple times to check for leaks and proper operation. cleaned up and removed all job related debris. Material used: 1 Sloan H-553 tailpiece O-ring
Commercial Plumbing Call: arrived onsite, traced drain line and looked for clean outs on floor to snake from. found manhole outside. removed manhole cover and viewed sewage water almost to top. miller Pipeline used vacuum truck to suck everything out. turned off water to toilet at control stop and disconnected flushometer. control stop not holding, constant drip of water even with valve completely shut off. removed wall hung toilet in bathroom stall. noticed toilet was hung with only 3 bolts and there was a small crack on the bottom left side. toilet will need to be replaced. snaked 135 feet with K-1500. snaked a few times at that footage to ensure drain line was clear. pulled back snaking cables and ran garden hose down toilet drain. had garden hose running water into floor drain throughout snaking. after approximately 1 hour, there were no backups. determined that line is clear. located main water shut off valve to shop bathroom in ceiling and shut off. removed existing chrome stop a
arrived onsite, 2 separate issues - backed up floor drain in Miller Pipeline shop bathroom, and another clogged floor drain in Berliner hallway. started by snaking floor drain in bathroom. flushed toilet and urinal multiple times but water in floor drain did not rise. snaked 45 feet with K-50 and pulled back wipes. drain still backed up so snaked again with K-50 this time going approximately 75 feet. pulled back more wipes. ran hose into floor drain. after approximately 5 minutes, it started backing up. flushed toilet and urinal and more water came out of floor drain, confirming stoppage is in main line. worked on floor drain at Berliner while helper was bringing K-1500 snake. needed to cut into floor drain grate with multi tool. snaked hallway floor drain multiple times going between 75 and 115 feet but could not get it clear. advised Marcus it will need camera. however, takes long time to back up even running a garden hose down it so they want to hold off on that issue for now. 08/22/2024 arrived onsite, urinal sensor flushometer leaking and not flushing. picked up material. turned water off and replaced existing diaphragm and inside cover because it was cracked. also replaced vacuum breaker and installed new handle. flushed multiple times to check for leaks and proper operation. cleaned up and removed all job related debris. Material used: 1 Sloan A-37-A 1.5gpf Urinal diaphragm repair kit 1 Sloan B-73-A handle assembly
