Customer states he viewed a frozen puddle in front yard. When he pulled frozen area up, cleanout access underneath was backed up without cap on line. Upon arrival, viewed sewage up to brim of cleanout. Gave customer investment option to restore flow in property. Customer agreed. Connected electrical cord outside and ran total of 90ft of sewer cables through cleanout to restore flow. Waste dropped to bottom of cleanout after 1st cable. There was still active clog in line with waste presenting itself in cleanout. At 75ft, all waste disappeared from cleanout. At 90ft, cables kept bucking. Looked into cleanout and waste was gone. Went to home and had customer begin running water through tubs to test flow restoration. Flow is restored in property at this time. Cut and Cap Water Supply Line: arrived at the job site. made my material list once I go back to the store I started taking out the toilet and capping line also left the toilet inside the shower. then I started disconnecting the supply lines of the sink and the drain line took and capping them. once I was done I leaned my work area collected all my tools and made sure everything was cap properly. Plumbing Parts Insall: arrived at location for new cartridge to be replaced for a mixing shower cartridge, very old school shower cartridge. replaced it and installed a new handle as well, showed the customer.hownit works, very different from nowadays shower handles. checked for leaks no leaks occured.

Leak In Ceiling, May Be From Upstairs Bathroom: Arrived. Customer states water was spraying from side of home and through basement ceiling. With customer permission, cut ceiling and viewed leaking pipe in closet ceiling on exterior wall. Gave customer investment option for required process of repair and made customer aware due to area, I cannot warranty today's repairs. Cut out section of piping and secured new hard copper pipe in place with press fittings. Customer repressured water system to home and there are no further leaks in area. NO HEAT called customer and explained that were on after hour pricing ( 200.00 plus parts and labor if needed) , and she declined saying she already know what the problem is just need me to come out and fix it, then said service charge is to much, regular charges will be 120.00 plus parts and labor tomorrow during regular business hours, she agreed after 12 o'clock she will be available. arrived found inducermotor seeded up. need new inducer motor. Check Outside Spigot: Front hose Bibb has ice coming down wall from under insulation hat. No leaks inside and home is piped in PEX. Ensured valves are closed to hose bibbs and checked backside too. While viewing main service area, noticed aged Dual Checks on sprinkler line. Made customer aware. Spoke to customer regarding situations and made her aware I am formulating proposals for work required. With Bibb shutdown, customer will monitor situation with Bibb on front of home. FALL CHECKUP Upon arrive client was complaining about one room not getting any heat. Went to the furnace, checked the 16x20x4 filter and found it clogged. Client mentioned it hasn't been changed in a year. she is responsible for purchasing and replacing it. i check the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and noticed dirt and debris in the motor wheel. checked the 25 MCF Capacitor and found it okay. we checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found it okay. i checked the Inducer amps and found okay checked and clean burners and heat exchangers found it okay. checked flame sensor and ignitior and found okay. checked all limits, safeties and all wiring and connections found okay. i got a return air temperature of 80 degrees and a supply air temperature 127 degrees. adjusted damper at the furnace and I went to go take temperature in the room that there was no heat supposedly and I got a reading of 120 degrees after adjusting dampers the issu

arrived at location for second floor main bed room toilet was clogged up, after flushing and arrguuing it many times eventually it drain well, no issues occured, when I got there toilet was over flowing but only on this floor. customer showed me on the same floor a shower body that needs to be replaced the cartridge etc but we will need to find the part first since it's an old school shower faucet and the shower trim might be missing a cover between the body shower and handle will be in contact with customer once we find the same one or an alternative. no issues occured, toilet flushes well.

Estimate to Replace Wilkins 975 RP 085074 11/2 Feeding Irrigation Failed: tested serial numbers 4625334, 249668 and 085074 which failed but the first two passed. I think Daniel will want a proposal to remedy this situation.

Return visit to address toilet running after repairs on prior visit. Fill Valve does not appear to be malfunctioning. Customer states tank is loosing water slowly. Disassembled AquaPiston and viewed heavy buildup on bottom of Piston. This is normal and wasn't addressed on prior visit. Cleaned debris from AquaPiston gasket previously in place. Kohler Toilet Handle Broken in Master Bathroom: Examined area of concern by customer. Customer has had a Universal trip lever installed backwards. Customer ordered new manufacturer parts and would like it installed today. Toilet AquaPiston gasket is warped and unconnected. Gave customer investment option to repair toilet and I'll install trip lever at no cost. Customer agreed. Went to truck and acquired materials. Removed AquaPiston and pulled warped gasket out. Cleaned piston free of gasket debris to ensure proper seal. Secured new gasket to AquaPiston and secured in tank. Removed trip lever existing and installed customer supplied trip lever at no cost to customer. Tested for proper functionality and there are no further malfunctions in toilet at this time. HVAC Maintenance: I checked 2022 rheem 80 furnace. I replaced 16x25x1 filter. I checked all safety rollout and high temp. induver amps .69, blower amps 3.10. return is 72 and supply is 129.4. I tightened all 24 volt connections and checked transformer. I completed co combustion analysis stack temp 318, oxygen 9, co 56 ppm. gas furnace is heating properly at this time. Today, I arrived on site for furnace heating maintenance. Inspected furnace blower capacitor with a reading of 4.87; capacitor is good at this time. Blower capacitor reading was 9.87 on a 10; also good at this time. Checked ignitor uhmes, which measured 50, within range. Noticed one screw missing from the high limit switch. Observed that the drain line pitch had been moved since the last visit; adjusted the pitch using a box. Confirmed that the furnace is heating properly at this time.

Install New Humidifer and Sump Pump: arrived at the job site and started working with the on on the right side of u facing the back of the church. disconnected and connected the new one the same way the other one was connected the one that does not have the battery as backup.... then started to disconnect the one with the battery which it was more difficult since the have it box up and the pit is kinda deep but once I got it out it was a little better easier to work. rough on the connection of the 1"1/2" pipe then started connecting the battery. once I was done I tested both pumps and tested the battery too. collected all my tools and cleaned my work area. Glass Stuck In Garbage Disposal: arrived onsite, reset existing garbage disposal with wrench. ran faucet, turned on switch to disposal, and checked for proper operation. customer presented me with $90 gift card which I am honoring as well as a 5% senior citizen discount.

arrived onsite for 2 running toilets - powder room and 2nd floor bathroom. replaced 2nd floor toilet flapper first but did not fix issue. informed customer he would need a new handle and fill valve as well. replaced handle and fill valve and tested multiple times to check for proper operation. replaced powder room flapper and advised customer he will likely need a new fill valve in the near future but powder room toilet is operating fine now. cleaned up and removed all job related debris.

Arrived at location, customer wanted a HVAC technician not a plumber. Customer gave us permission to check out water heater, but the issue was the furnace not the water heater. Cleaned up our area and left.

upon arrival of home customer stated the first proof hosebib began to leak after contractors used it frequently. spoke with contractor who approved the replacement. replaced hosebib restored water and checked for leaks. price of hosebib is $751.

Back Flow Prevention Testing: tested two backflow preventers and they both passed, one for the irrigation and one for the car wash.

Rebuild Drain Line and Install Disposal: Arrived on site and met customer at the front door and she showed us to the kitchen area where we would be working. we started taking apart the old sink drainage system and cutting out the old copper drain lines but as that was happening a poorly made solder joint for the water line under the sink blew off and had to be repaired also as that happened the copper drain line in the adjacent bathroom cracked and fell apart. we told the customer what had happened and went to the supply store to get more parts. when we came back we repaired the copper water line and the bathroom sink and checked for leaks. after that I put together the rest of the drainage pipe in the kitchen with the garbage disposal. we checked for leaks and cleaned up our work area. 09/06/2024 Examined area of concern by customer. Customer states approximately a year ago, shower in master bedroom bathroom leaked below. Spoke to customer and he states the leak too awhile to leak. Not a supply piping issue. Ran water in shower to determine if drainline is compromised. No drain issue. Observed openings in wall and made customer aware water will go straight through tiled wall with no grout in between tiles. In Hall bathroom, right side Lavy faucet leaks profusely undersink immediately after operating. Existing swivel aerator is not attached, causing water to run back through faucet to below. Tightened existing swivel.midel and leak slowed but didn't stop. Inserted a washer and cannot get swivel model to fit. This explains why it was loose. Installed new aerator and tightened with gasket.
