Arrived on-site for a customer who had a few issues she wanted us to look at. First concern was her refrigerator. She is getting a new fridge installed, but the appliance installers couldn’t locate a shut-off valve and recommended the customer have one installed. I inspected the basement and found the ice maker line connected to the cold side of the water heater, but it was using an old-style saddle valve. I informed the customer that we typically avoid working with saddle valves due to their unreliability. Next, the customer pointed out a wet spot on her ceiling. She explained that years ago there had been a leak, so they cut the drywall open. After three years without any further leaking, they patched it up. Recently, her son moved back in and started using the shower again, and they noticed the wet spot had returned. I ran water through the shower and observed water leaking from the tub spout as well as from the shower valve cartridge when the handle was removed. I showed the custo

Arrived. Moen Posi-temp shower system handle broke off with cartridge stem inside. Made customer aware it is a slim chance cartridge will remove from shower valve without being bored out. Provided customer investment options to remove broken Posi-temp cartridge and install new Moen Posi-temp cartridge per manufacturer specifications. Customer agreed. Went to truck and acquired materials and returned inside. Attempted to pull cartridge to no avail. Used drill and bored existing cartridge inside shower valve and removed pieces with needle pliers. Cleaned inside of shower valve and removed any debris. Lubricated and installed new Posi-temp cartridge per manufacturer specifications and secured in shower valve with Moen clip. Repressured water system to home and tested repair for proper functionality. Set temperature alignment. Thank you for choosing Vito! 30day warranty on today's repair

Arrived on site to look at a blockage in the line for house number 4628 that was leaking into 4630, found a clean out in the garage of 4630 and snaked the line from there, used a K50 and a 1500 to clear the line and then put a camera down the line, found the line to have a balled up K50 cable about 40 feet down in the line that was causing the backup, informed tenant and contact of findings and they said they will let us know how they want to move forwards on clearing it, cleaned up work area and left

For this job I did an AC maintenance on a 2022 Rheem AC: Indoor unit 80% furnace split temp of 18. Replaced 16x25x1 Air-filter provided by client. ECM Blower wheel is in need of a surge protector to protect it from power surges. Blower wheel amp reading 2.3. Control board is functioning and communicating with system, all wires are intact with no obstruction found. Evaporator coil has no signs of leakage or corrosion. Condensate line is draining. Condensate pump is active and helping drain line. Outdoor unit 2022 Rheem 45 +-5% capacitor was reading under mfs and I made it my recommendation to client and he's well aware. Contactor reading 24v/240v. Condenser Coil has gotten build over the seasons and is in need of a lvl 1 clean. Sent findings to customer

Customer states when dishwasher was installed, technician noticed leak under kitchen sink. and placed bucket under hose. Customer has purchased new Gooseneck Spring-Loaded faucet for installation. Inspected undersink and immediately noticed disposal unit leak. Disposal unit not fully secured to bracket and bracket not fully secured to sink basin. Bracket in missing a security screw and only one of the remaining 2 is secured. With wrench, secured disposal to bracket. Documented leak from bracket. Customer has purchased new showerhead for installation also. There is no current leak from shower area above. Faucet is too tall to fit in kitchen with shelving. While customer removed shelving, I went upstairs to install showerhead. Made customer aware I only saw disposal unit leaking undersink and disposal unit requires replacement immediately. Spoke with customers regarding water quality in area and tested water. Chlorine levels are elevated with a reading of 6.5ppm. Hardness levels are HARD

Today, I arrived on site for heating maintenance. System Assessment: Checked system performance while heating. Inducer amps are within specifications. Ignitor is functioning properly. Capacitor is within range. Blower wheel and housing are in good condition. UV light is operational. Temperature rise is within the acceptable range. Condensate Drain: Opened the condensate drain line to the pump to ensure there were no obstructions. Rust and Water Damage: Noticed rust and minor water damage inside the duct around the system. Suspected the source to be condensate from the AC unit, which will require further inspection during the AC servicing. Gas Leak Inspection: Performed a gas leak surcharge on all components, confirming no leaks present. Additional Observations: Conducted a walk-around of the space. Customer states when she did laundry last, kitchen flooded from discharge line coming out of drainline undersink. Reviewed site history prior to entering home. Reviewed Work proposed. Discharge line not included in Work Order. Incident onsite required Work Order changed and was approved. Reviewed actual proposal inside home with customer. Explained work proposed and work performed to customer. Went undersink and removed screwdriver jammed into wall and resting on gate style valve undersink to stabilize trap the laundry discharge feeds. Customer states he viewed a frozen puddle in front yard. When he pulled frozen area up, cleanout access underneath was backed up without cap on line. Upon arrival, viewed sewage up to brim of cleanout. Gave customer investment option to restore flow in property. Customer agreed. Connected electrical cord outside and ran total of 90ft of sewer cables through cleanout to restore flow. Waste dropped to bottom of cleanout after 1st cable. There was still active clog in line with waste presenting itself in cleanout. At 75ft, all waste disappeared from cleanout. At 90ft, cables kept bucking. Looked into cleanout and waste was gone. Went to home and had customer begin running water through tubs to test flow restoration. Flow is restored in property at this time. Wrapped up all cables, 200ft electrical cord and loaded equipment in truck. No backups occurred during process. Went to house and spoke to customer regarding situation moving forward. Cut and Cap Water Supply Line: arrived at the job site. made my material list once I go back to the store I started taking out the toilet and capping line also left the toilet inside the shower. then I started disconnecting the supply lines of the sink and the drain line took and capping them. once I was done I leaned my work area collected all my tools and made sure everything was cap properly. Leak In Ceiling, May Be From Upstairs Bathroom: Arrived. Customer states water was spraying from side of home and through basement ceiling. With customer permission, cut ceiling and viewed leaking pipe in closet ceiling on exterior wall. Gave customer investment option for required process of repair and made customer aware due to area, I cannot warranty today's repairs. Cut out section of piping and secured new hard copper pipe in place with press fittings. Customer repressured water system to home and there are no further leaks in area.
