Cordell did an outstanding job finding an issue during my furnace installation which was caused by an improperly secured pipe joint done at the time my home was constructed.

New Furnace Installation: I installed new furnace and tied all wiring and drains back in and ran into flu pipe problems and fixed the flu problem and also cleaned indoor coil and ran equipment and checked for proper operation
I arrived at my customer home for a system leaking gas I did a full system check and find gas furnace miss firing failing to start up flame sensor dirty indoor coil clogged and pipes making noise I clean flame sensor flushed indoor coil and vent pipes out with RX11 and nitrogen start up check all amps and components system not working I recommend a replacement of the gas furnace sold by Andrew will install this week.
I arrived at my customer home for a two systems heat maintenance outdoor temperature is 65 degrees at this time customer like his/her thermostat set between 65 and 80 degrees in the home customer do not have any replacement air filters at this time and will replace them later eight feet ladder needed to access the attic system I adjusted both thermostat five degrees above the room temperature in the heat mode I flush both indoor drain pipe check all amps and components indoor and outdoor - Carrier attic heat pump system with 10kw = Indoor 240v power input, electric element drawing 20.9 amps, blower fan motor drawing 3.8 amps, 24v ez trap and wet switch working, indoor coil rust on the edges, indoor unit clean, system low two pounds of refrigerant, 40+5uf dual capacitor reading 28+3uf I recommend a replacement, 240v contactor burn Pitt I recommend a replacement, both outdoor coil needed to be clean, outdoor fan motor drawing 0.7 amps, compressor drawing 6.2 amps. Basement carrier 80
08/26/2024 AC MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT. I arrived today I knocked on the door and rung the door bell and got no answer. I called both numbers provided and got no answer. The office Will have to reach out to client and reschedule. 09/04/2024 I spoke with client hes a very cool guy. We agreed that there wouldn't be enough time today to do the AC maintenance.
