07/09/2024 arrived on site for customer who wants a new heater install customer selling house or is settling the house tomorrow Realtor showed me area of concern and customer has a 50 gallon power vent heater that leaking Realtor also said the buyer wants to replace the heater with a bigger heater but let Realtor and home buyer know if we are going to replace the heater for a bigger heater the flue pipe has to be redone completely in 3" so the 75 gallon heater can vent properly gave homeowner invent options and agreed to the 50 gallon replacement. but when talking to home buyer he said he wants a bigger heater and he will Handel the rest as of today just dispatch fee thank you for choosing Vito.
