FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE CARRIER HEAT PUMP UNIT FROM 2011 I checked the filter and replaced with one costumer provided. I checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and noticed a fungle outbreak cultivaing within the unit and circulating back into the air. I checked the I checked the blower amps and they were within specs. I checked the electrical heater element and emergency heat working fine at this time. I checked the EVAP coil and noticed a lot of rust just eating up the coil. This rust can lead a refrigerant leak in the system overtime. I checked the humidifier and found working okay as of now. I checked all wiring and connections and all limits and safetys are working as of now. I got a return air temperature of 67 and a supply air temperature of 92. I moved on to the heat pump unit outside and I heard the compressor wind up and the sound of it was loud and nastier than usual. The unit seems to have been having issues in the past due to there
i serviced 2021 gas furnace. I replaced 16x25x1 filter. I also replaced humidifier canister provided by customer and tested and set controls to 4. return temp is 70 supply temp is 133. ignitor ohm is 46. inducer pulling .93 and blower amps is 3.06. I checked all rollout and high temp switches. I tightened all wire connections and checked 24 volts at control board as well as clean flame sensor. last I completed co combustion analysis stack temp 309, oxygen 10.2, co 48 ppm. Gas furnace is heating properly at this time. Thank you for choosing vito services.
I inspected 2006 carrier gas furnace. I cleaned flame sensor and checked micro amps 3.3. I checked high limit and rollout safeties. I checked 24 volt at transformer and at control board and tightened connections. ignitor reading 53 ohms. inducer pulling 1.5 amps blower pulling 6.5 amps. return is 69 supply is 125.3 20x25x4 filter has already been replaced. I also completed co combustion analysis 308 stack temp, oxygen level 7.1, co 64 ppm. I tested system in low and high stages of heat. Furnace is past life expectancy but still heating at this time. Call to do maintenance on 2018 80% Furnace/AC. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Found blower will need to be cleaned next check. Confirmed humidifier and Air knight operations. Final cycled system at this time system is operational.

Call home owner no answer and left voice mail. recommendation is to replace tstat with new one $579 + dispatch fee $120 tstat model#TH8321WF1001 office needs to call homeowners on proceeding forward REPLACE THERMOSTAT: I replaced the t stat and checked operation for heat , AC , and aux heat found unit running and functioning properly as of now with good temperatures rises. Commercial Plumbing Call Gas Leak Search 07/18/2024 arrived on site to look at a gas leak in apartment 101, customer reported a positive reading of gas on the doorframe of the apartment, started out by using the gas sniffer to look for any readings of gas, searched all throughout the apartment and got no reading anywhere, decided to move forward with a pressure test to see if there were any leaks in the walls, ran the pressure test for a little over 15 minutes and had no change in pressure at all, after asking around determined the issue to likely be the doorframe having just been very recently painted over, giving a false reading, tested once more with the sniffer and still got no readings in the apartment, restored gas, cleaned up work area and left
