arrived on site to install new shower valve started by setting drop cloth down in closet and started opening wall up once open and saw valves as piped in weird and not in the normal spots I did offered the customer a hot shut off valve but we found it behind the wall for the hot side let customer know and i will discount the valve since he has both shut off turned water off to shower valve and drained once drained started to cut out old shower valve once cut out sanded down and started dry fitting new shower valve once dry fitted marked fitting and made sure it was level then pressed in placed and turned water back on and tested for leaks were found then started placing shower trim on and placed and caulked around discussion and tested for leaks as of ticket completion no leaks were found cleaned up work area and all work related materials thank you for choosing Vito. note: work warranty for 1 year
No Heat Unit Can Run But Very Little: I arrived at my customer home for a gas furnace not working I did a full system check I found someone else was working on the gas furnace parts have been replaced it looks like they did not know what they were doing inducer not drafting properly systems over heating due to age tampered with I recommend a replacement of the furnace I provide pricing for replacement. Furnace sold by Andrew will install tomorrow morning customer paid in full by check
arrived on site for a customer who wants his shower vlave replaced customer showed me area of concern and explained he tried to replace his diverter stem but can't get the stem off I tried to seeing if I can get the stem out and see if we can order the part tried to use cowbells but my smallest cowbell was to buy then tired used my socket set and the stem is 9/16 but since the stem it out could not get it to turn nor rachet off. told customer only way is to replace the shower vlave and gave customer investment options and today customer signed up for our vip monthly and went with a new 3 Handel shower valve and a new shut off for the cold side today customer we will order parts and come back and install thank you for choosing Vito. note: return with helper
No Heat Call: could not access AHU in attic no ladder will need to reschedule
Leaking Pipe to Main Water Line: noticed leak on pipe coming thru that was replaced within the past year and a half. contacted management who said theyll have to get the contractors back out to rectify issue.
06/20/2024 I arrived at my customer home for the ac system not cooling I did a full system check and find the system working and low four pounds of R22 I recommend adding four pounds dye leak sealant with refrigerant or a full system replacement customer will like to add four pounds of dye leak sealant with refrigerant ac system working at this time no warranty for today's work. R-22 Dye, Leak Sealant, and recharge Includes adding of the r-22 dye, refrigerant small leak seal and up to two pounds of refrigerant
AC Not Cooling: 06/20/2024 no A/C. But I found he got leak. then he said he looks for another option
NO AC Call: I arrived at my customer home no one answer the phone or door
New AC Installation: I evacuated system and removed all old equipment and set and installed all new equipment and tied everything back in from wiring, drains, and gas lines and duct work and fired up equipment and checked for proper operation
