08/29/2024 performed maintenance 10 year old carrier unit supply 52 return 74 flushed drain ,changed filter inspect blower motor and evap coil after homeowners approval cleaned evap coil and sign homeowners up for home service plan refrigerant levels with spec all system is now in good physical and operational conditions thank you for your business
08/26/2024 NO AC CLIENT WANTED ME TO LOOK AT BOTH UNITS. BOTH HAVING ISSUES. #1 basement and 1st floor. The thermostat was blank. I checked all safety and found EZ trap safety switch off due to back up. I recommend client to flush it with nitrogen but he declined all he wanted me to do was use the brush and pour a gallon of water down it. I also added Condensate tablets. After flushing line with gallon of water and cleaning it the unit came on and started running. I got a return air temperature of 70 and a supply air temperature of 49. The unit was left running and cooling. Condensate tablets $35.00 #2 Second floor. costumer had advised me that she is concerned as to why does a Unit that just get installed does not reach down to 69 even on cool days. I checked operation of system everything came on and ran. I got a return air temperature of 71 and a supply air temperature of 54. I checked pressures and found a little low. I arrived on site to perform a plumbing inspection and HVAC inspection for a customer. I let him know to flush the heater and sign up for our service plan. The tenant said he would call me later to sign up, but I couldn't get a hold of him. Once he gets a response, he will call us back. Thank you for choosing Vito.
