Job Locations and Reviews
Call to perform maintenance on 2 systems. Checked attic system first 2018 Heat pump system. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Condenser outside is in good condition. Found contactor and capacitor are starting to fail on condenser. Recommended replacing them before they fail completely. Air filter is good. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Checked basement system next 2017 heat pump system. Checked all components for proper operation found no issues with components. Secured any loose wires and checked for dirt and debris. Checked Steam humidifier and found container is good to go. Checked condenser unit and found capacitor is starting to fail as well. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Recommended adding Air Scrubber to system, Air scrubber comes with a 5yr manufacturers system warranty, 2yr bulb manufacturers warranty and 90 day labor warran
FALL MAINTENANCE ON ONE UNIT 2021 80% GAS FURNACE I checked the 20251 filter and replaced with one costumer provided. i checked the indoor blower wheel motor housing compartment for any obstructions and found none. The ECM motor is exposed to any high voltage power surges due to not containing a surge protector. I checked the blower amps and found within specs. I checked the inducer draft motor and flue vent pipe and found okay. I checked inducer amps okay. I checked and cleaned the burners and the heat exchanger. I checked the Ignitor reading 52ouhms I checked the flame sensor and found dirty. I did clean it off today. I checked all wirings and connections all fittings are okay. I checked all limits and safetys working properly. I checked gas valve found okay. I checked around the water heater to see if there was any leaks and found none. The expansion tank on hot water heater is strapped down and still good. I got a return air temperature of 74 and a supply air temperature of 134.
I serviced 2022 gas furnace. cleaned flame sensor. checked gas valve and 10 mgd capacitor. I took Amps on all motors and checked system safeties. return 77 supply 138. I did Co combustion on system 60 ppm 402 stack temp and 7.9 oxygen. customer has co detector. I noticed blower motor extremely warm at the point of touch however still receiving proper amp.
09/09/2024 performed maintenance on 2 carrier units attic unit heat pump is good operational conditions refrigerant levels are within specs subcool 10 super heat 12 capacitor and contactor tested within spec all other safeties and controls tested within specs,no loose or damaged wiring basement unit older carrier straight ac R22 unit is ok operational conditions refrigerant levels are within spec subcool 12 super heat 20 all electrical tested with specs did notice units needs a cleaning and homeowners will take care of did express with that age of the unit upgrading will help with efficiency thank you for your business
AC Working But Not Cooling 07/01/2024 I arrived at my customer home for ac not cooling I did a system check and find the system very low on R22 five pounds customer will call for a replacement pricing soon.
