Master Bedroom Drainage & Leaking: 07/26/2024 Dug out and uncovered existing trap. Cut out and removed cast iron. Excavated area and installed new p-trap. Poured water and trap is full without leaks. Left work site.
Plumbing Call Master Bedroom Drainage, leaking and not secure 07/24/2024 arrived on site for a customer who's getting there bathroom remodel and contractor notice that the tub drain is monving a lot under the concrete and notice he can pull pipe out. the 1 1/2 PVC is in by using a gasket on a cast iron drain told contractor that this something our comfort advisor will have to come out to take a look at and is available tomorrow mid morning thank you for choosing Vito.
Commercial Plumbing Call Toilet Line Broken 06/19/2024 Arrived on site. Removed affected Sloan flushometer. Cut out existing leaking 21 tee and replaced. Installed control stop valve and turned on water to toilets. No leaks found. Installed the remainder of new flushometer and tested for leaks. made adjustments and no leaks were found. Running toilets in bathroom 1 were discovered. Shut off valves and replaced diaphragms of toilets 3 & 4. All toilets in working order. Cleaned up work area and removed all work related tools, debris, and equipment from site.
