I serviced Goodman 80 percent furnace. Both 16x25x1 filters have already been replaced . I cleaned flame sensor. I checked ignitor reading 48 ohms. I checked all safeties and rollout switches. I checked gas valve voltage as well as transformer and control wiring. I cleaned burner orfices and checked amps on motors. inducer pulling .54 amps and blower pulling 1.60 amps. return is reading 70 and supply is reading 126. I replaced humidifier pad opened water line and tested

Error Code on Thermostat, "System Fault Auxillary Input (g) Shutdown Error 196": upon arrival customer concerns error code on tstat. went to see wants going on with system. found EZ trap switch is up but no debris is blocking it. pushed switch down and cycled system at this time system is operational.

Performed maintenance on 2015 Furnace/AC. During maintenance found system is in good condition. All components are amping properly. Blower wheel is clean but I would recommend a duct cleaning then having a Air scrubber installed so to keep air in house clean. As well as kill air born HVOC and helps keep ducts clean. Heat rise is 70 degrees, found ignitor and flame sensor have alot of wear and tear and should be replaced before failure. Final cycled system at this time system is operational. Recommendations 1. Duct cleaning $897 2. Air scrubber $1100 (includes blower cleaning) 3. Blower cleaning after duct cleaning $339
