WATER LEAKING FROM FURNACE. This unit is a Trane heat pump from 2013. The unit has a humidifier attached to it that has sings of leaking. I opened up the humidifier compartment and door and noticed the humidifier pad out of place and in need of replacement. The client has a humidifier water panal and I adjusted the water panel to correct position. Minor Repair $120.00

arrived onsite, customer only wanted me to flush water heater. she also mentioned not wanting to be on the plumbing service plan, just HVAC. I advised her to call the office and speak with management.
HVAC FALL MAINTENANCE: Job Summary Arrived on site to perform maintenance on a Rheem furnace, just one year old. Spoke with the owner regarding the maintenance agreement, confirming it has already been paid. Conducted a thorough check of the heating system. Verified inducer amps, confirming they are within specifications. Checked blower amps, which also fell within the required specifications. Assessed gas pressure, confirming it is proper. Measured carbon monoxide levels in the space, noting 0 ppm, indicating safe operation. Inspected both filters and determined they do not need replacement at this time. Confirmed that the system is heating properly.
08/21/2024 Examined area of concern by customer.. Customer replaced Delta faucet cartridge in kitchen DIY with no issues. Customer saw leak in area and contacted another company yesterday that apparently fixed situation. Customer woke up this morning with a puddle on counter and below cabinet in kitchen. Disassembled handle assembly and viewed missing gasket in handle assembly. Replaced gasket and reassembled handle assembly. Tested for proper functionality with no leaks producing from any connection points. Thank you for choosing Vito!
08/02/2024 I arrived at my customer home or AC system not working I did system check and found drain line clog one from the unit and one in the floor I flush both drain pipe check all amps and components indoor and outdoor ac system working properly at this time.
07/31/2024 Examined area of concern by customer. Performing Preventative Maintenance Plumbing Check today. Water Heater is 9yrs old. Water Heater is a Rheem Marathon model. Documented. Flushed water heater to remove built up sediment and minimize calcification buildup in tank. Flushed directly into sump pump well. Sump pump is fully operational. Basement bathroom has no malfunctions. Main service line is 1in with a gate style valve. Documented. Water pressure in home is approximately 63psig. Laundry area is good with fully functional sink and valves. Powder room has no issues. Cleaned screen to faucet to increase water production from spout. Upstairs hallway bathroom is in good condition. Master bedroom bathroom has no malfunctions. Exercised all gate style valves and stops in home. All hold with no leaks. Kitchen area is in good shape. Touch faucet operates fine. Drainage is good. Performed Water Quality test in kitchen. Chlorine levels are ideal with a reading of 2.2. pH is neutral w
