09/12/2024 upon arrival of home I I replaced kitchen faucet with customer supplied faucet. restored water and checked for leaks found no failures . customer is not interested in vito vip service plan at the moment .
09/09/2024 arrived on site for a customer who wanted pricing on relocating a hose bib customer showed me 2 area of concern and wanted the front hose bib relocated to the side of the garage and has a leaking vacuum breaker in the back hose bib for the relocating customer doesn't want dry wall opened to relocate so we would have to adapted to the hose bib and reroute the piping for the hose bib gave customer investment options for the route and replacing vacuum breaker and customer said he would think about it thank you for choosing Vito.
09/06/2024 upon arrival of home I performed a full plumbing inspection checked all the drains and toilets checked all the valves and faucets checked the disposal checked hosebibs checked and flushed 50 gallon gas heater

08/20/2024 Thermostat issues (error code) I arrived to costumer home to address concern the carrier thermostat was showing error code for filter. I reset thermostat and changed filter. The Costumer was concerned about her uv light because about a week ago it was giving her an error code on the UV light. It does not need to be replaced at this moment. All I did was change her filter she said her AC was working just fine. The client still has concerns on why she still having runny nose and sneezing issues. I looked at duct work and vents and noticed ducts are dirty and In need of a cleaning. I quoted the client $951.00 for duct clean she only has one zone. We will need to follow up with costumer on her decision and how she would like to move forward on duct cleaning $951.00 Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES.
NO AC CALL. I arrived today to address client concern. She advised me that the unit would run and run nonstop and the temperature would just increase. I kicked the unit on for cool. I heard the indoor fan kick on. I went to air handler in the basement I checked my temperatures and I was not getting a reading. I checked all saftys to check if any of the had opened. All limits and safetys were okay and working. I went to the outdoor condenser coil. First I noticed the coil a bit dirty. I automatically noticed the compressor was not compressing and only the fan was spinning. I cut the power to unit and I checked the 70/7.5mfd capacitor. Capacitor was reading 0.0000mfd. I replaced capacitor with a turbo capacitor and unit kicked on and started cooling the House. I let the unit run for about 30 minutes and it is functioning properly as of now. I did advise client her AC outdoor coil should be cleaned at least once a year. Thank you for choosing VITO SERVICES.
