Commercial Plumbing Call Estimate to Replace Backflow Preventer 07/12/2024 Met with Freddie and looked at the malfunctioning backflow. Given it's age and appearance it is my opinion that this assembly is a good candidate for a cleaning and possible rubber replacement. Freddie would like a proposal.
Commercial Plumbing Call Clogged Toilets: Jul 10, 2024 arrived at location to snake group bathroom on 7th floor, there was two clogged on the line, manged to unclogged it but was hving. had time going through bends etc installed everything but the maintenance guy was helping put the flush meter back but one of them didn't work.
HVAC Call to Replace Transformer and Contactor 06/05/2024 Returned on site. replaced contactor and transformer for indoor unit and test. stat turned on and AC on. found burn mark on contactor coil 24 volt coil. system on and running at this time.
HVAC Call NO AIR CONDITIONING 06/04/2024 Today, I arrived on site to find that the customer's AC was not working. The thermostat was displaying a "no signal" message on the Y1 wire. Here's what I found and what needs to be done: Checked the unit's safety and found no issues. Verified that the drain was clear and functioning properly. No error codes were displayed on the control board. Confirmed that the fuse was in good condition. To troubleshoot further, I bypassed the control board to check if the issue was with the thermostat. However, I found that the transformer was blown. Unfortunately, I did not have a replacement transformer with me at the time. It is possible that the contactor in the outdoor unit may also need to be replaced, as contactor issues can cause transformers to blow in these systems. The customer informed me that they have had issues with mice/rats chewing on the wiring outside, which could be causing problems in the system. I did not charge the diagnostic fee to
Commercial Plumbing Request for New Flushometer on Urinal: 05/29/2024 I arrived on site to a urinal that was not flushing properly, looked at the urinal and tried to flush it, urinal flushed with no issues, proceeded to flush urinal about 20 times total using button and sensor and had no issues whatsoever, customer did not want anything replaced as there was no current issues, customer replaced batteries for sensor a few days ago, left purchased flushometer with customer, cleaned up work area and left
