08/23/2024 arrived on site for a customer who has a hard time getting hot water in there shower and low water pressure customer showed me area of concern and said shower takes awhile for it to heat up and has low pressure I remember that I've replaced the shower arm not to long ago customer showed me water heater and said that the master bathroom is the furthest fixture and notice heater was on the other side of the house. customer went into a meeting looking around removed shower head and notice alot of debri in the flow restrictor so removed flow restrictor completely and now customer has great pressure then tested to see how long water takes to get hot for reference went to kitchen sink and ran hot water and water heated up in 3-5 secs then in master bathroom ran lavy and took 3-5 mins for water to heat up same for the shower customer said they replaced shower cartidge last year. after customer was done with meeting spoke about a adding a regulation pump to the hot water so they can
Master Bedroom Shower Leaking 07/18/2024 arrived on site for a customer who has a leak in Master bathroom customer showed me area of concern and said every time they run the shower waters starts to spray from the sides turned on shower and had water shooting out from the shower arm told customer sometimes all we need to do is removed the shower arm and re tape it and dope and reinstall. gave customer investment option for the shower and customer agreed started by taking shower head apart when trying to remove shower head the arm started to move and notice the arm snapped inside of the wall brought to customer attention that she needs a new shower arm and the price will be the same let customer know I will need to make a run to the supply house to get a shower and return to install it. once back from supply house taped and doped new shower arm and set in place and tighten ran water to make sure there's no leaks and confirm that there's no leaks placed shower head back together and as of
Plumbing Call to Replace Spigots 07/01/2024 upon arrival of home customer showed me a outside kitchenette that would like installed near outside fire place. there are no drains near. spoke with management and was told to pass onto comfort advisor. will need Chris to have a look at set up.
